ive been on a no carb diet for about two months now, having one cheat meal per week. a couple years back i did a no carb and went from 260 to 180.
this time, ive lost some weight in the beggining. but now my progress has just stopped completly.
im on a 4 day split
legs
rest
chest
back
arms
rest
rest
i also skateboard for about 1 or two hours a day
my food looks like this
630 4 eggs
930 4oz ground turkey, 1slice cheese
1230 4oz groundturkey , 1slice cheese
330 8 eggwhites natty PB
600 tuna, mustard, penutbutter
9 eggs or meat
im deffinitly carb sensitive.
any ideas on how to get out of this rut, or possibly an alternative diet?
thanks

how much are you running during this carb down? you should be putting in at least 15-20 4 times a week.

Dude this diet has no fibre. I hate to say it, but you're just asking for colon disease by eating this much animal protein and no fibre. You should be eating a lot of green veggies if you're on zero carbs, about a cup at every meal.
The possible reason that you're not losing any more weight could be that your body has adjusted to this diet and your metabolism has slowed down. I'm not a fat loss expert... but maybe look into some carb cycling.

when you say progress has stopped are you referreing to wt loss or trianing?
if its yoru wt loss, then you need to readjust your calorie in take for your new body wt. which means you will have too restrict your over all calorie intake down even further. but IMHO i would give myself a few cheat days too right before i drop my cal's down further.
if its the lifting you may need a change up, more rest or increased cals if you want too move more wt.

Your body may have hit starving mode...try eating more....toss in a cheat day as stated and see what happnes..you are not eating very much....

il try adding some veggies, and then ramping up the calories for a little while. if that doesetn work maybe i'll take a cheat day instead of a meal. if none of the works i'll probably start something else, thanks again guys!

you may be sensitive to some carbs more than others eating more veggies, sure they have carbs but its much different than eating a bowl of pasta

veggies and even fruit are differnt on the digestive system then even oats/pasta/rice or bread. so you could increase veggies and use fruit (with in reason) and there should be little worry of bloat.

Not only does it have no fiber but it is also very very acidic. Your body will not burn fat as effeciently in an acidic state. your only alkaline food is the peanut buter. I believe if you are going strict low carb you should have a refeed more than once a week. Look into the cut diet. If you need info about the cut diet pm me.

i'm on a zero carb diet
and what i learned from ox is that essencial fats are a most on a diet like this
olive oil
fish oil
and throw some veggies
then
go for
45minutes of cardio after weights
i dont think skating is better than cardio
