I am going to offer some constructive criticism here.

I've noticed a lot of problems with supplement logs, more so on other forums than on this one. Guys, I dug the logs, straight up. However, I feel like there was too much conversation going, and the reviews are lost between the comments of "good set man!" "crazy weights!"... I think the conversations should be held on the personal logs, and the reviews should be posted on the review logs. The threads should have had 21 posts for animal X, each day, with specific numbers - if you're a tester you should be putting in the dedication to record all of this stuff.

I think it is hard for people to pick supplements, especially with the lack of good reviews out there. I think if we were all more straight forward, the results would be better, more organized, and would benefit the test process 10 times better.

I love the encouragement we all gave eachother on the X tests, but it was too much - especially if you were seriously trying to evaluate a product. It should be easy for Universal to go through 30 threads of 21 posts each, not 30 threads with 100+ posts.

G Diesel set the example on BB.com by just posting his shit, and nothing more, there was less conversation going on his thread than any others.

What do you guys think?

in order to do that, they would have to put some type of block up on the posts. I was very straightforward in my X test, I think, I posted exactly what my workouts were, excersises/weights/reps used, and got into how I was feeling. People will always pop in to say, great job. How's it goin. Nice set. I think the best thing to do would be to encourage more questions, rather than praise. How is X treating you? How is your strength? Side effects? Etc. Also remember, we were supposed to post at the end overall results. So they can see on average, how much each tester went up in weight on bench press, squat, deadlift, shoulder press, barbell curl, etc. Then they tally results, and post an average. Tester A might have had a 50lb increase in bench, and tester B may have only had a 10lb increase. The result would end up coming out like, 20lbs average increase or something.

I like your thinking, I think questions only would be key, because as a reader, chances are more than one person have the same questions.

Just take time to look through all of them. You can pick out workouts from normal bull shit talk...

Just take the time to look through it...

It would be too hard to police.

In my opinion it's up to the logger to offer some type of summary, be it weekly or at the end, so that you can get a feel for what the product is doing for them.
