"Animal" is a way of life. A mentality as we all know. Very few people have this kind of attitude. A need to be the absolute best. This is not just limited to the weights, a competition, etc. It encompasses every aspect of your life. I personally have never met another individual who possesses this mindset. Just coming on here and interacting with people who share the same mentality and genuinely want to excell at whatever they're doing: it's reassuring.

As a military member, this mindset helps in all aspects of the job. Career progression: making sure that I do my upgrade training, my CDC's, etc. Safety: not half-assin' a job, doing things correctly the first time, etc. Even something as simple as following dress and appearance reg's. Some of the rules might seem stupid, but the rules are there in order to present the proper military image. It's all part of the job. You can't pick and choose. Either you choose to be the best and do things correctly, or you don't. When it's time to go to the big sandbox, I know that it is just part of my job and ya gotta do what ya gotta do. It's that simple.

The Animal line works. It's that simple. I'm not a big advocate of throwing in every supplement under the sun, but in the world of competitive athletics, no matter what your specialty, a couple high quality supps can really give you the edge. I started taking the Pak damn near four years ago when I first found out about it. It may just be in my head, it might not, but I know that if I happen to miss taking my Pak in the morning: I do not have my normal energy that day. Animal has specialized packs for different needs and each one works for their own specific purpose, as they're supposed to. I'm training to make the all Air Force wrestling team right now, and a couple years down the road for the olympics. This, while working my full time job. It really helps to have a name that you can trust to help you out with energy/recovery/growth/etc.

I want to personally thank Universal/Animal for everything they do for us. Not just military members, but civilians also. I know it's been said before, but it's worth saying again: no other company does what Universal does for their "customers." So, once again: thank you.

Have a good one.

Well, what can I say about the finest line of supplements in the market today?

First and foremost, I love that your line of products is true hardcore. I don't care for all the bullshit that you see advertised in muscle mags or those "other guys" that spend thousands of dollars putting 5 or 6 page "scientific reports" about their crappy products. This is the kind of shit that people that wear matching trendy outfits to the gym and are SCARED of chalk, wraps and sweat are buying hoping that it will be the "silver bullet".

I am used to not quitting, YOU JUST DON'T QUIT. You always go balls to the wall, and my Animal Pack, Animal Nitro, the diferent Animal Stacks give me all the energy and focus that I need to be able to bust my ass and not quit during those painful 50 minutes every day that I train.

I don't consider my self the baddest dude in the face of the earth, but the one thing I know is that I don't quit and that I give my all in that struggle against the rusty iron.

In dive school they pound in our brains that "DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR", by quitting you dishonor your self. With your products and the Animal philosophy of training and living I am able to alway better my self in and out of the gym.

HOO-YAAH !! Animal for life.

Just wanted to say that with out all the good stuff from the Animal shelves, I couldn't make it through my day. I get up every morning at 0530 to hit the gym before I go to my office where I sit all day long and build packets for people to join the Army. It's your great supplements that keep me motivated in what I love to do, and that's become the Animal. I love everything about the products and hope to continue to grow. If you all only knew the level of stress to keep the Army at full strength. This is by far the most demanding job I have ever had in my life. Just wanted to say thank you for the motivation in which your product brings me everyday to become the biggest baddest recruiter in my station. It's always awesome for other recruiters to keep asking me where I go to the gym and what kind of supplements I use and so on and so forth. I just give them a quick smile and then say go to this website and check it out. ANIMAL.com

What difference has Animal made in my military life?
Animal provides me with everything I need in little packs that I can throw in my pocket when I roll out. I can't tell you how many times I've shot down my animal pack after I ate some lamb at a sheik's house or ate an animal snack/max rolling down the road in the gun-truck. I'm not a big fan of 40 different bottles in my tiny room where I try to mix my own dietary blend either. I'm not the expert, you guys are. You've provided me with well thought out products that are easy to take and get me jacked up for my therapy time at the gym. thanks Animal, keep up the good work.

I get up every morning at 0430 to work out. With me at 240 lbs lets just say I like to not get up very often so sometimes I find it very hard to get my big ass outta my bed and go smash into some weights up at the gym. Then my brother in law introduces me to ANIMALPAK.COM. I'm lookin through the website and checkin out the merchandise then I hit up the packs. I look through and see the animal pump and read through it. I figure why the hell not and go ahead and buy the animal pump and pak to try it out and see if it's worth all the hype I've heard. I start takin that before my workout in the morning and too say the least.......I FEEL LIKE A FREAKIN BEAST THAT WANTS TO TAKE A CHUNK OUT OF A 100LB PLATE!! And that is believe it or not, saying the least. That stuff keeps me going the whole day even through my second workout, oh yeah, 2 a day!! Big thanks to all the ANIMALPAK staff that's holding this promo, this stuff really does make a huge difference in my workday. Thanks also to those military supporters out there. It means a lot to all of us.

Let me just say that I have done well on PT tests in the past but I killed my last one. I know it was the combo of hard gym sets and animal products. I have always said as long and I can throw a 225lbs Insurgent I am good. Animal keeps me there.

Being in the Army calls for a Soldier to be in shape and ready to answer the call of duty anytime, anywhere...and there can't be any excuses, you just have to do it. It draws comparisons to the spirit exemplified on the Animalpak website: you have to be consistent, put in work and never quit not matter what obstacles may be in your way.

How has Animal and Animal supplements made a difference for you in your life in the military?

As we all know, being in the armed forces, your subjected to rigorous tests of skill, strength, will, and determination.
No matter who goes through it, your brought out on the other side a better, more focused and confident person.
I strongly feel living the Animal life, and using Animal supplements not only help to bring this whole experience to another level, but it teaches you a few things just as the armed forces do.

Be humble, be confident, be strong.

I was none before the Army, nor Animal products, and the Animal way of life.
I was a cocky, arrogant bastard, who cared for noone but myself.
Now, I put everyone else and theyre good will before my own, in hopes that I can accomplish something far bigger than myself.
I owe many thanks to the entire Animal line, and family for helping me on my own personal journey.

It's hard to even put into words how much Animal supps, and the frovum have changed my life. Just two years ago, I only scored a 76 on my PT test. I had a 36 inch waist, could only do 50 push-ups and sit-ups, and took over 12 minutes to run 1.5 miles. This year, I scored a 96! 32 inch waist, 62 push-ups in a minute, 57 sit-ups, and my run time was down to 10:10.

I went from 25% body fat to 10% in just one year, and I NEVER could have done it without the support of all my brothers here at the forvm. Not to mention that on my SSgt pay, I can't ask for better products at a better price than Universal/Animal give me. I tell ALL my buddies that you can't go wrong with Animal. Go hard or go home, it doesn't get any better than that.

How has Animal changed my life in the miltary? Hmm well i started using Animal while i was out in iraq i was just messing around with supplments and seeing how fucking stupid the dosage shit was. So i started looking at the website first then seen the scienece behind the packs either taking them for 3 weeks or forever. I was like holy shit easy, fairly cheap and backed by years of expericnce. I mean how man companies can say that. Well anyway how did it change my life. It turned me on to heavy lifting. And really taking care of my self taking my vitamins and all that. Again it was fucking easy esp in iraq. I could carry all my supps for the day in my assult pack. simple easy to use. Fucking love it and will use Animal for the rest of my life.

I will start this by saying that to those of us who are combat vets know how hard it is to be able to train and eat right while in a tatical environment. Back in a garrison setting it is almost too easy. With that said I will get onto my point on how Animal Supps help me.

Early 2003, and mid 2005 I found myself in 3rd world countries with nothing but meals ready to eat (MRE) for food, and ammo cans as weights. One of the first things I did before I left was made sure I put 2 cans of animal pak in my alice pack. Not being able to recieve mail often and no way to order more my supply ran out. For a couple days I felt fine but not long after I started feeling sluggish. I couldn't put my finger on it but my diet never changed and I was still getting about 4 hrs of sleep each night. So when I finally did get a care package and my wife put in another 2 cans of the pak I immediatly started taking them twice a day again.

Some might say it is some sort of placebo effect, but I am here to say I know that I was not getting enough daily vitamin and mineral intake. About 2 days later I was more alert and again full of lasting energy.

I give my salute to animal and want to let them know that their product is combat tested and approved by me!!

Animal was a light at the end of the tunnel for my recent 12 months in Iraq. I have lifted for close to 25 years now and took the "opportunity" that the US Army gave me away from my family, friends, hobbies and vices to see what I could do in 12 months. I lifted 4-5 times a week, ran and took Animal supplements along with around 250 grams of protein powder a day.

I am 6'2" and eventually attained a weight of 228 lbs at 11% body fat. Did I mention I was 40 years old at the time? I could not have done it without the Animal products..............thanks. They helped me get out of bed everyday to face a 12 hour shift at work, no days off and no holidays for a year.

Currently I am down to 215 lbs and I am scared to check the body fat. I do not work out as much but am doing hand to hand combat training five days a week, working toward a instructor certification. I defiantly have the Animal Warrior spirit still.

I have been in the US Army Infantry for 15 years now. I have had several broken bones, torn ligaments, dislocated joints and other injuries.I wake up every morning at 0400 to go in and either run 3-7 miles or road march, and then spend all day outside training my soldiers, I lift in the evenings- not coming home til 1900 most nights. I use shock therapy before pt, and before hitting the weights , I use animalpak EVERYDAY t keep me from getting run down and sick along with everyone around me, even as a Drill Sergeant Animalpak saved the day several times. I am 6'1'' and now weigh 240+ lbs but can still run 5 miles and ruck all morning. As a Platoon Sergeant, I am supposed to be the example for physical fitness, I honestly do not believe I would not be able to perform the way I do without the nutritional support from using Universal/ Animal products. Even if it were not for promos like this, I am a lifelong Universal customer. Thank you for your products, your support, your obvious enthusiasm and love of this way of life.

I used to be a hard charging combat medic that was assigned to Combat Engineers and then the Cav. A couple promotions later and punishment tour as a recruiter chained to the desk getting fat took a toll on my body. Got some disc issues in the back, but wanted to get back in shape. Been loyal to Animal products for two years straight. I thing if I missed my Pak in the morning I might have a shitfit! I ain't out rucking anymore, and I do miss it but there is noway I could work long hours at a desk and on the phone and have the stamina and drive to hit the gym afterwork, or get up and run in the morning without my friends at Universal!!! Thanks again guys!

How have Animal Supplements made a difference in my military life? They have helped motivate and take my workouts to the next level. The last time I deployed to the AOR I used M Stak and Cuts and man, I came home like a beast. Unfortunetly I fell off the bandwaggon but a little over a year ago I got back on and havn't looked back.

Animal Pak has given me a helping hand for a couple years now. I couldn't get over the hump on the PT test. I was getting 250-260's. I got the AOM, starting eating right, taking my supplements and putting in time at the gym each day. I just graduated ANCOC with the highest PT score in my class, two points off my personal best at 295. I started off in 96 a PT failure and on the overweight program, 11 years later, I proudly wear that Physical Fitness Excellence badge.
Thanks Animal.

Combat stress? Our psychologist is Animal and our therapy is the gym. Animal sups are the best, no bull shit, no fluff, no four page advertisements in mags telling you why you should buy it. You use it because it works point blank. I have been in the military for 22 years, ninth deployment and I am stronger and healthier than every, kicking ass and taking names, and I have Animal to thank in getting me there. In the military we need quick results, no bullshit. Animal provides just that.

Animal supplements have helped me while i have been deployed where mission requirements and poor dining facilities have lacked in nutrition. The animal pak has becom a staple to me out here to help me get those important vitamins and minerals where i know i wouldnt normally be getting them. The website has given me more then enough motivation to stay not only physicaly strong but mentally strong during my hardships that i have endured over here in the middle east. Animal Pak is a great website and universal has a great product that is built to last. I just want to thank you guys for supporting the military in this day and age.

Being deployed, or just stationed overseas, gives you a whole different set of priorities. I'm focusing on my training so hard here because theres really no other "constructive" way to spend my free time. Just the weights, and some distance learning when possible. Keeps me out of trouble and strong!

The Universal/Animal products are a big help to me, as they were even before I joined the military. Storm is a godsend for brute strength, and I look forward to trying the new M*Stak as soon as I get the chance to grab a can. I tried Animal Pump for the first time in high school, as well as the Pak. I've never been dissatisfied! The NEX here in Bahrain carries a shit-ton of Animal products, and theres a good reason! They sell - because they work. Navy approved!

I'll keep training hard, and thanks to Animal for supporting all of us!

It's hard enough to get a propper workout, a good diet and some decent sleep while being deployed; my supplements shouldn't add to the difficulties of this life. Damn near every other company out there want's to charge me up the ass for a big ol' jug of powder (which jacks the shipping up even more!) After the hassle of mixing it up I gotta choke it down because it probably tastes like shit, and then I gotta clean that mess up.

Not with Animal. Smaller cans that are tough as nails so I can stuff 'em anywhere. Even if I bust 'em I got no worries because small paks of pills aren't gonna explode like a jug of powder. Animal makes it quick, clean and easy because I got enough shit to worry about. That all gives me time to focus on what matters most, RESULTS.

Just like the US Army, Animal's been around for a long time (give or take a few hundred years, eh?!) The only way to do that, by getting the job done and being the best. At the end of the day there's no question that the US Army is the best Army in the whole damn world. It didn't get that way by using second rate Soldiers or second rate equipment. Animal's the same here too; they use the best ingredients to make the best supplements. On top of everything else they've given us (The Journey, The Forvm, all the goodies!) I'd say that adds up to the best company out there for guys and gals like us; Soldiers...Animals.

I have not been on the pack very long and have seen the results already. I am on my 2nd cycle of cuts and man I am feeling great. I was not a huge lifter before I hit Iraq mainly I was focused on work and family. Since being deployed you have to find a way to get rid of that stress, that rush after a mission good or bad. Burn off anger when things are bad My priorities are my soldiers, do the mission and hit the gym. Many like to play cards or just sleep and all I wann do is lift that weight and go for more. Besides this keeps me out of trouble and strong! Thank you for the support and a great product.

The ANIMAL lifestyle and products are nothin short of amazing. I have used Universal and Animal Paks for a while now and let me tell they are the best for getting over any plateus. When the military throws me a curveball, which is quite often, Animal Paks are there to pick me up and keep me in line. 12 hour shifts, no days off for weeks on end, 6-12 mos. deployments, all in a days work for many military Animals out there. That is why I love the forum. It keeps me in check. Knowledge is ultimately our greatest asset for the best results. Here is to all my military brothers livin the ANIMAL lifestyle! Let us all keep kickin ass and take names!

So I have been takin ANIMAL products now for about 4 1/2 years. I started off as a young PFC in the ARMY looking to get above that 150 mark. I enlisted in the ARMY weighing a measly 135lbs. At 5 10" let me tell you I wasn't much. I had tried to gain weight and just do something to help me out.
When I was 17 I had a lung collapse and many other things drag me down. I went from weighin 185-190 at 5'8" to in a few months of hospitalization to 113. It was horrible, I was pathetic. I had always dreamed of being a soldier and with my lung, now 60% operational, I was told it would never happen.
After about a year or so of giving up my dream I said Fuck IT. I can do it. I've never let anything hold me back why let this. So I enlisted. I ran my first mile in almost 10 min. could barely do 40 push-ups and my situps were sittin around 50 (PU and SU in 2 min)
I tried my damndest all throughout basic and AIT, I then went to Korea (Camp Edwards if you wanna know). I started hittin the gym again I struggled with everything, I didnt realize how weak I had become. I started takin ANIMAL PAK half way through that tour. Man that was what I needed. With just the extra vitamins my life picked up. I gained some weight felt better about myself, and was doing fuckin great at PT.
I then volunteered to deploy to Ar Ramadi Iraq, while there I found the hollowed TEST. I shot up to 175 in the first 5 months. After that I was hooked. I wasn't the best, and still aren't, at dieting or lifting at that. I had a good friend helo me though taught me the ropes all over again. I had been used to powerlifting. Now I did get stronger hella stronger, but I wanted that beastly look too.
I've worked my way up the ladder. Still a shit load of rungs to go, but I am movin. I dont think I will ever stop my quest for size. The weight seems to always go up. 175, 190, 205, 230. I'll reach it all one day I have pleny of time.
Thanks for heloing find the gym addict I had once lost. Thanks for making me an ANIMAL.

well the way i think animal products are better is for the fact that i was taking alot of BSN and muscletech supplements for a while and i would always feel bloated which would affect my workout not for the fact that i wouldn't work out hard but primarily for the fact that my intensity wouldn't be there now with taking animal supplements i don't have the bloating and alot of the marines that i worked with also started on it too and they love like candy so i apperciate the fine line of products you guys put out and thanks

Animal has set the standard for training my guys. I put them on cycles depending on their needs and jobs. Of course the Pak is what we take on long hikes. It gives us what we need when we can't eat the right stuff. Because of Animal, I see my guys working harder to be more then what they are. We take pride in our work and love what we do. Never taking the title of hero, we just say it's our job. It's or job to bust our asses every day in hopes of becoming something more than just human, more than just mortals. We strive to become Animals. And in the end, We feel the world will know that. Rather now or later, you will say those boys did a damn good job.

Thanks for this opportunity brothers. Animal has helped me in so many ways that there isn't enough space to say it all. But the best part of it all is that I have my health back. I have been on AD for 13 years and over the past few had gotten really lazy. I am 5' 10" and weighed in at 230 lbs(now 195). That would be a great weight if it were muscle but I was a fat ass. About six months ago I had had enough. I started eating right and exercising, I lost 40 lbs in about four months. I was feeling great! A buddy in the shop was always lifting and talking about it. I jumped in with him, started taking the Pak and now I can't get enough. My wife and kids are blown away with my new look and I am now trying to get back that weight but in the right way. My shop on base is relatively small but all the guys are now taking Animal products because they have seen what they are doing for me. As a military member we are supposed to be "Fit To Fight". All I can say is bring it bitches!!!! I am now stacking the Pak, M-Stak, Pump, Nitro, and Nitro G. Animal products are the fucking heat! Thanks for all that you do for us.

I started taking animal paks/universal supplements about a year ago after a recommendation from a friend of mine. I used to go to the gym feeling worn out, and no motivation and no hunger to get stronger and bigger. Even more so in the military after a grueling 12 hr day and rigourous squadron and personal PT sessions. Animal Pak has kept me going because it provides me with the right amount of vitamins and minerals I need to keep going strong and to maintain a well balanced lifestyle. Instead of carrying around a bottle or a single pill i can take out a pak and carry it with me and take it when the time is right. Animal Pump has also served me well because when i first joined the military I wasn't the biggest or the strongest. Animal Pump gave me the recovery I needed to continue going day by day and the vascularity you would expect from an NO product and so much more. It has turned me into a beast in the gym with a state of focus and intensity that i need to pump out my sets in the gym. Thanks Animal Pak/Universal for your outstanding products, and thank you for your military support.

You can't blame it on the 3 day training exercise, the 4-5 month deployment, the 14 hour shifts, the low manning, not enough time to eat, or whatever other bullshit excuse i used to pull out of my ass.

Now it is my mission to meet my goals, regardless of the obstacles thanks to Animal. If I fail, it's my fault and I'll be damned if I let that happen.

Animal pak was part of the foundation to my supplement program. Being out constantly on missions I was having to workout at odd hours, not always able to eat, and with the heat just makes you tired. I believe that without Animal pak and Animal Stack 2, I would not have been able to put on 30lbs in a year. Thanks

I've been using the Animal line for a couple of years now. Animal Pak has ALWAYS been a staple in my diet. Everyday for the last two years or so. Nothing comes close in my oppinion.

I'm a RP in the Navy. Basically, in times of combat, I'm a chaplain's bodyguard. It sure makes the chaplain feel more at ease if I look the part, as opposed to some frumpy dood trying to pretend. Animal products help ensure that I'm ready to go all the time. I gotta be ready to throw the chaplain down on the deck when the shit gets hot, and Animal is always there to back me up.

Thanks Animal

I haven't had many chances other than PT tests to see the difference but since taking the Animal supps and taking on the Animal way of life...I have maxed push ups and sit ups in my PT tests. I was barely getting 70% on the Push ups before hand.

While on duty I don't feel so beat down and tired anymore. Everyone is rackin out and I ask if I can get in the weight room. It's helped me be able to endure everything and still go for more.

Love it.

I jumped on board about 2 years ago when i forgot to bring my mega mens home with me on leave. I didnt have a multi and i needed to get some. the local gym sold animal pak. i figured what the hell. my first workout on animal pak was EXTREMELY different. I felt super human. Since then they have been a staple in my diet both in the gym, and in the air force. Nothin like rising to some animal pak. Then recently i took animal pump. CRAZY. it was awesome. I have just purchase some storm/shock therapy and gonna continue on the universal line. Thanks for making such proven supplements and for the continued support of us troops.

With all of the stress that is givin the the day to day military, theres the gym at the end of the day to get rid of some undue stress. When i'm feeling haggared and beat down, I'll take Pump, head off to the gym and pound the iron down. With out Pump I would lose my motivation once in awhile. With Pak it keeps me healthy and going after rucking all day, or even just down at the range. Without animal, I know I wouldn't be lifting as hard as I am.

When i joined the military i didnt really know what discipline and hard work was. You learn quick in boot camp. For me, Animal isnt just a great product, but a way of life. Its a great product combined with a disciplined lifestyle, an Animal lifestyle.

I Just recently Got stationed on a remote one year tour to Korea five months ago. Well I have been hitting the wieghts now for about 15yrs, but in the last five years my drive and dedication have faultered.

So when I got here five months ago I decided I would get back on track and like someone else said here earlier make hitting the weights my number one priority to keep me out of trouble and get back to the greatness that once was.

Well when I first got here I had another multi that I had been taking for the past 7yrs. Well I ran out and had to take a trip to the BX GNC. Well to much of my suprise it was well overpriced. So I noticed that the Pak was on sale, I had heard many good things about the pak in the past but thought that my current multi was good enough. Boy was I wrong!

Just a couple of days into taking the Pak I could feel the difference! So then I started checking out other Animal products and then I bought Flex then Nitro then Stak 2 and my newest addition to the line up is Animal pump. All met my expectations and more.

Plain and simple Universal makes great products that work! I'm an Animal for life brothers!

Animal and the Animal supp line has made a difference in my military life two ways. First and in my opinon most important is mentally. Animal has helped fortify my attitude toward my training and my life. It has showed me that i am not alone out here, that there is a brotherhood of people like me. Animal has opened my eyes to a way of life that was always in front of me but i was too blind to see. The second way is obviously physically. I can sum this up with a story of the past three weeks of training that ive been going through. My base has deemed it necessary to have an ERT team that i was chosen due to my physical abilities to be a part of. Im young strong and in the best shape of my life due in part to Animal. 6 days a week sometimes 7 i have been training12-14 hours a day for some of the scariest scenarios a person could see. Physically its the most demanding thing i have ever done, by far out demanding the gym or any cardio session. Without the staples of the pak twice a day, flex to keep my joints feeling like im not 85 years old and 6 uniliver at 6-7 meals a day for extra aminos i cant help but wonder if i would have broken down the brick wall i have built for myself. So Thank You to Animal for taking a handful of mental putty and shaping it into what i am today and for keeping me strong for whenever my country needs me.

I was always the active sports player that never lifted weights, never realized what it was. After high school I joined the Air Froce, and wanted to play GI Joe, not be just the average shmoe. I became a TACP, an Elite Foreward Air Conrtoller, be bieng a TACP was just a walk in the park. I had to train to get my self in the correct physical shape to push my body in grueling conditions, bieng able to throw a 120lb ruck around like it's my lunch bag. Universal's Animal pak's took me from teh chubby 190lb over weight Highschool kid, to the Elite Forces Condition that I had to be in. My training consisted of 5-7 miles runs every morning 30-45 mins swims every lunch and 1hr30 mins to 3 hour lift session...5 DAYS A WEEK! I got cut up, strong ang best of all I looked great. I took my body beyond limits. People told me i couldnt get lean and cut and grow muscle...well Animal proved them wrong.

I love lifting heavy things. It's an addiction, and obsession. Pak and pump give me that extra edge, keep me one step ahead of failure.

When I went to basic, it sucked. No pak, no weights. I could feel the difference. It was so easy to get run down, to fail.

When I got out I grabbed the pak again, and within 3 weeks I made the West Point Powerlifting team. Animal got me back to where I once was, and I will only continue to grow better.

Animal isn't just a brand, it's a way of life.

I just recently started using Animal products. I had been out of teh llifting game for quite some time. After 6 months on a MiTT (Military Transition Team) here in Baghdad training Iraqis how to run a detention facility, I rejoined my platoon on FOB Loyalty. My roomy and assistant squad leader, Mo_500057 (AKA Caleb), got me back into teh gym. He also introduced me to Animal products and said they could really help me out. I started with the Flex first, since my knees were the biggest part of my problem. He also had me try the Cuts. I started with these products and have since added M-Stak, Pump, and Pak. I have seen ENORMOUS gains since I have started using these products. The Animal way of life fits right into the military life. You gotta stand strong and give it all you got everyday. You have to be mentally and physically tough. Living the military life for the last 12 years has helped me use the same discipline and motivation living up to the Animal way of life. I am LOVING being back in teh gym and hittin the iron. This is a personal goal for me. I stand on MY STAGE and look out at myself as the judge and audience. My family and friends continue to support me and push me to go that extra mile. ANIMAL helps me stay strong and gives me the ability to push myself and my buddies that extra mile also. Thanks guys!!!

It all started with animal pak....

i worked out for at least 4 hours a day running and lifting. I was the shit physically - i had a perfect fitness score in the marines and continuously beat everyone in the tested areas (pullups, situps, 3 mile run) up through at least battalion level. but i was only 160 lbs...

I wanted strength and i couldn't get it. once i figured out i needed to replace the vitamins lost, i started to feel a lot better about this strength thing. I started eating a LOT more and was always learning to do lifts better. I got the owners manual and that changed my perception a lot. after staying consistent with the basics 5 years later, i'm 210 and still growing! can't thank this place enough. ( ...be discerning, people...) I got more respect out of those under me just by my mere appearance. I was the shit before, and when i got out, I was shit hot! haha...

Now i'm loyal to the pak and pump and climbing my way up after only 1 competition...

To clear up any confusion - "got out" of my last deployment this march. i gained a whopping 25 pounds on that round. on some "downtime" in the states now, ha! gearin to go 4th time and gain even more!

I just bought my first can yesterday. I've heard great things about the product on these forums, and I've had great results from other Universal products. (ie Animal Pump)

I'm going to be shipping off to Navy boot camp here in the next month or two, and I am going to be training hard until I do. I needed a multi-vitamin made for someone who trains like me.

After reading the the "Supplement Facts", I knew it was a good product. I bought my brother and I a can right there.

The Animal line of supplements have taken me to another level not only in the gym but, in my daily routine. I started out using the pak and within the first week noticed a drastic increase in Energy before and after my workouts. I then did a 21 day cycle of the stak2 with great results and plan on using M stak over the winter. As for right now I use the pak and pump and will be a lifetime user of the animal line. It is BY FAR my supplement line of choice! Thanks for the motivation and inspiration!!

My name is Tim Stroud. I'm only 20, but I've spent the last 2 years as a United States Marine. I'm an E-3, Lance Corporal. I am stationed in Weapons Company 3/23 Marines, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My unit is activated and is IN Iraq as I type this. The reason I am not with them is I was chosen to participate in the PLC Program. Which basically allows me to go to Officer Candidate School (OCS) during the summer, and not interfere with me acheiving a degree. The Marine Corps is the Best of the Best, as is ANIMAL. A Marine Corps Officer (what I am striving to be), is the BEST of the BEST of the BEST. ANIMAL strives and IS the #1 company is supplementation. I've never been more fit, healthier, or happier since I've started taking my daily Animal Pak. Marine Corps Officers are held to an even HIGHER standard. We are the LEADERS of MARINES. No easy task. We are put through much more physical challenges and are expected to maintain a higher standard of physical fitness. ANIMAL is helping me acheive my goals by keeping me in the gym, day in and day out. ANIMAL allows me to put it all on the line and not worry about tomorrow.

The more we SWEAT in PEACE, the less we BLEED in WAR.

I live buy it and ANIMAL allows me to follow my dream, of leading Marines.

How has animal helped me in my military life.. Wrong freaking question.. It would take me days to explain the things that have happened to me from Animal and Iraq. But with the posters on my shit-house walls, of people who push themselves just a little harder then the guy standing beside him. Well, between me and the rest of you, Thats what we "Brothers" do everyday. With bullets, bombs, and crap food. We force ourselves, to continue on a war path to the brink of physical collapse, sleep maybe 4 hours and wake up to do it all over again. We are animals, and with the bonus of having supplements made for over-the-top freaks that we are. It's retarded to think that we wouldn't go crazy for them.

To those out there remember we are brothers, and I got your back.

I'm a serious hard gainer and always outside the wire so it makes it even harder to keep a routine and get my meals in....LMAO i stock up on MRE's just to make sure i can eat somewhat on time, But seriously i thank Universal/Animal for making a outstanding line of products that keep me focused and ready to slap the fuck out of my next goal!!

Animal supplements has changed my life in the last six months. I wasn't able to bench press my own weight, which at the time I was 179. Now I weight 255lbs and I can bench press up to 300lbs. Animal supps have also help me with my endurance, military career and personal life. It is very important for military personnel to stay in great shape because of the physical efforts we must do for the war and to stay alive. This is too easy. Half of my job in the Army is physical fitness. This includes the usual: PT Test, ruck marches, climbing, etc... It is not possible to state the profound impact the Animal Line has had on my quick adaptation to the physical aspects of military life from civilian life. Additionally, the Animal Line assists me in my passion, lifting, to prevent over training due to morning PT and Resistance Training in the evening by flooding my body with what it needs to grow and recover. Without a doubt, Animal has always been there for me, helping me acheive my full potential.

The Marine Corps is known for our superior fitness and conditioning, just look at our PFT (Physical Fitness Test) 20 pullups, 100 crunches, 18:00 3 mile run time to receive the maximum 100 points.

How has Animal and Animal supplements made a difference for you in your life in the military?

I am a Staff Sergeant in the USAF I have been using Universal products for the past year or so. I work 12 hour rotating shifts so I don't always have time to pack and prepare meals, let alone supplements. The convenience of Animal Pak products has definately helped me out temendously. I open up my cans of Animal Test, Animal Pak, and Animal Flex in the morning and I'm out the door. Everybody on this site knows the quality of these products. Animal Flex has helped my rotator cuff tremendously. At one time I was having such problems, I couldn't raise my arms above my shoulders. And Animal Pak gives me the vitamins my bulking diet lacks. Test is a beast. LOL. But I've been deployed before and ENSURED I had all my supplements shipped out to me. Thank you Universal and keep the quality products coming!!!

I have been using Animalpak for over a year now. Being in the military, there are always plenty of people around to keep you pumped for a workout. However, on those long days where you need a little extra push to get jacked, animalpak.com provides the perfect remedy. It's good to see all my military "Brothers in Arms" on this site using a great product.

Just wanted to say thanks for making great supplements and also for the website. Got back from an 8 month deployment in May and used Animal during and since that time. Reading the training articles were great when we couldn't get magazines in the mail. Thanks again. Hope I'm in time for the shirt, if not, thanks for everything anyway, you guys are great.

Animal for me is a way of life. If you're gonna be Animal, you have to be it 24/7. It's not just a costume you put on for Halloween. This is the mentality I like bringing to my job in the military. The attitude of "nobody's gonna fuck with me or my goals." The articles I read give me so much motivation that every time I read one I want to go to the gym. Even if I just got home from the gym. The supplements are like the finishing touch. Little by little they give me the extra drive I need to accomplish my goals. Downrange it's you or them. Same way in the gym. Only the Animal survives.

animal is way way for me to stay on top of my game. I am 36 yr old and I have a lot of young kids as I like to call them to be there for. They all look up to you because of the time you have in (18yrs) and your leadership skills. Animal pax and cuts have helped me out so much. We have some kids who can not pass a physical fittness test and they are all about 18-21 yrs old so me being one of the old guys I have to show they not only can I pass the test but beat there scores also. I dont think I could do it without Animals on my side. Thanks ANIMALPAK.com

First, thanks for doing promos like this one. It is much appreciated!

So much has already been said about how Animalpak keeps us going overseas on this thread. It's the first thing on my mind in the morning (gotta have my Pak to start the day) and the last before I hit the rack (Animal Flex). Days are mentally and physically challenging. Since I started the Pak three weeks ago, I can totally see a difference. I'm not as worn down during the day. I'm more focused not only in the gym but at my job. And focus is a big deal over here.

The lifestyle I get from the forum. I love the mission, but count the days until I can get home. The support The Legion gives keeps me going day after day. I've found more than a few "Brothers In Arms" on the forum. We trade valuable info to keep us going. From nutrition in the chow hall to techniques in some less than sufficient gyms.

Not to mention, over a year gone with no booze and no real distractions. I can get Animal every day in the gym. I will come home bigger and better than before...'cause the ladies will notice and that is truly the best part! Ha.

Big thanks for all you do!

Damn. The motivation from here doesn't stop. Thanks for doing these military promos. The support from here is fuckin amazing.

I'm not good with words but here goes. We PT like a mothafucka. on top of doing our physical training I got my own shit to handle in the gym. If I'm tired, there's my Animal Pump. The chow hall won't always have what an Animal needs. Not to mention MREs and special duties that force you to eat garbage. If my meal is shit, there's my Uni-Liver to provide me with some quality nutrients and aminos, which gives me at least some peace of mind. If I just got back from the gym, there's my kickass Torrent. Do I even need to say anything about Pak? I havn't tried anything else yet.. cuz ima keep it simple with the supps until further down the line. This place has taught me about proper nutrition - and now I'm all about that real food.

The Animals and articles here.. damn. Real shit. The literature here is all I need during stressful times. Along with a barbell and some plates.. lol.

Animal keeps me moving, period. SEMPER FI

Damn...Just found this thread, hope im not too late for the shirt...

UN is a staple in my supplement rotation. The website is kind of like going to church, its a sacred place. you can come here and repent your sins or come here for encouragement. The supps have helped with my gains which in turn helps with the daily grind of being in the military and the active lifestyle in which we chose. Now with the ABC it has given me a chance to share this with other like minded people who want to better themselves.

Hi I'm in the belgian army, for us it is not always possible to train when we 're on opperations. No equipment, the things we do then are pull ups, dips..., sometimes we take a bar and put on each side a tyre just to train biceps...
But when we have the equipment we train as Hell. What animal has done for me, that's opening my eyes, now I know we are not allone , there's always a brother fighting, training or doing peace keeping missions. What I want to say to all army brothers (and the rest) Believe in what you are doing and stay strong. While I was in Iraq we didn't have too much extra time after our patrols to eat right, sleep or do anything healthly really. But we had our beloved gym... an old iraqi building that was concrete and no windows! This isn't no fucking MWR deal with bitches at the counter and officers doing their weak ass curls. This place was a fucking palace to us. I worked out in a group of 3 but many other groups were there at the same time. We took our paks together and we trained together. It was all we had to disconnect us from reality. We only made 2 rules don't go easy, and the other was the most important one, don't talk about shit that happened to us, our friends, or the heros that are not with us any more! During 7 months as a machine gunner in Ramadi I came to reality that lifting weights was the only thing I could control there. And we controlled those fucking weights!
Animal helped us in many ways! We broke our boundries because of it but the main thing was as simple as the market. It was our supplement. I make sure I take it now when I eat right but when we ate shit or didn't eat at all, animal saved us!
I know this post said you have to be active I finished my active service 13 months ago. I hope I can be in still, sounds like a bad ass tee. I did two tours in Iraq and I was on the 15th MEU with 1/1.

Not in active duty, but I'd still like to sing my praises to Animal. I will be attending the Navy Academy this coming year, we have to take a physical screening process while in the admissions program. I started to prepare for it a couple months prior, I started on a Animal Pump and M-Stak and dam. I tore that shit up, I max'd all of the exercises. Dont know what to say about Animal, expects thanks, I've always wanted to go to the Academy and now I am, with a large part attributed to my PT scores. Great Job guys, Keep up the good work.

Animal Products,

I personally am Addicted to Animal Products. Last year around May time frame, I was stationed in Horn of Africa and I discovered Animal Pak. I started to take it and was blown away, so then I researched and found the site, now all I use is Univeral. If it says Animal on it, I am willing to try it.

Animal products have helped me stay on top of my game. Tip top shape all the time, whether I am bulking or Cutting. I will never let myself run out of anything, I keep supply of flex, cuts, pump, stak, nitro, pak, and max. I can not wait for Animal Omega and we will see where that stuff takes me...Thanks for the hard-work guys. I am building up for the next deployment in August...26th MEU...look for us in the paper and on the news. We will be there and Animal will be with me on the BOAT!

I am active duty Navy, and original Animal Stak changed my life. When I first discovered it in 2000-2001, I was weighing in at 175 at 6'5".
By the end of my first two cycles, i was 195.

Since then I have become a FIERCE believer in Animal Pump, and converted my workout partners to the Animal Pump during our last deployment to the Gulf.
When we pulled away from the pier heading to the middle east, I was 208.
Today as I write this, I am 230 lean pounds, 6'5" with a can of animal test and animal Pump in my rack that I stick to religiously.

its been a minute since discovering this great site (since Sep. 2005). this place definately changed the way I look at life in general...which is knuckle the fuck down and lets rock and roll goin' against the grain. when everybody else goes right, i go LEFT. anyways....the PAKS (pak, pump, mstak, and nitro) help me a great deal this past deployment to Iraq (FEB-SEP 2007), i weighed 160lbs in the beggining......came out 190lbs with 10%BF. all my Marines got motivated, and they too started takin' the ANIMAL line ups. Long story short...our missions and foot patrols in Ramadi got done fast and quick with alot of aggression and motivation dropping bodies on the deck. Thanks to the Animal way!

Animal, and Animal Supps, are a huge part of my diet while I'm deployed, just over 9 months a year are spent at sea. With grueling work days (18-20hour days are the norm for me), odd working hours (one day I could have watch in the middle of the night, and then I'll have another in the mid morning, on top of running a division), and less than adequate nutrition for a high caliber/highly motivated powerlifter (ship's diet is at best a 2000 calorie diet with not a lot of protein), its hard to find the energy and means by which to stay motivated to train properly, and just as importantly, recover properly.

That was until I started stocking up on Animal supps whenever we pull into ports. Pak, Nitro, M-stack or Test, Flex, Real Gains, and as soon as I can get my hands on some Omega, are all part of my normal Animal supps I take religiously while at sea. With these supps I have been able to increase my intensity in the gym while at sea, recover better, and over all feel better. With all these benefits, my ability to preform my job at sea has even increased do to feeling better from being able to train properly, keep my weight up, more importantly, not suffer muscular atrophy while at sea, and being better rested.

With the job of ensuring safety of the ship resting in my hands, I need every advantage i can get, and Animal is definitely an important factor in that one.

The thing that has helped me most when it comes to the animal pak line is knowing yes my daily chow suckes when on deployment. I am able to make sure Im getting all I need with the packs buy a few cans before the ship gets underway & I'm good no matter how crappy the food gets.

Its simple I can a pack in my pocket as i dash out for that early watch & besides the "wow thats a lot of pills" I can make sure not to miss out on my sups. No powders no mixing no mess just to the point.

Many of you know that carriers fly 24/7 that means me as a air traffic controller is working out at 2am sometimes is more often the norm then I want it to be. So there it is for those of us who stand the watch we need it simple & to the point. No mixing No powders just my pak in hand & out to watch.

THanks for the promo & letting us all know your thinking of us!

Umm looks like some PM boxes need to be empty seems Animal Rep & G Diesel have very full boxes.

Using Animal products and being here on the forvm has not only changed my outlook on working out but my outlook on life itself. I not only train harder and smarter but I take that attitude to work everyday when I go to the line and send Jets flying. Having packs makes life so much easier, I just throw my packs in my bag and go. So when I on the line all day working I have no excuse to take my paks. Thats Animal for all you do you us.

How has Animal and Animal supplements made a difference for you in your life in the military?

Animal has helped me in so many ways. I had been overweight and a pt failure for about two years now. No matter what I tried and how often I ran and did pt I couldn't seem to get my flags lifted. I have always believed in not accepting hand outs, but using a hand up. Animal was that hand for me. Since i started taking the animal products I have passed my apft and am at a point where I can now pass my tape test. The forum showed me a great number of places where I was making the wrong choices for my goals. I have learned more in the short time of being in the forum than I have from years of reading "Scientific Studies" and taking advice from fellow soldiers or people in the gym. Even when I am having one of those days where nothing is going right and I just can't get motivated for some reason... I just read an add for Animal paks and it gets me going again. They make me remember that it is going to be hard but you can do it if you just stick to the plan and keep on rolling.

Man - how did I miss this? Anyway - hope I'm in on this in time.

How has Animal and Animal supplements made a difference for you in your life in the military?

I'm a supplement skeptic - self-admitted, and just plain not usually willing to even spend the $$ on them.

While in Iraq in 06 & 07 everyone around me was dosing up on all the other companies stuff - you know - the ones in the red bottles and the other ones that rhyme with Hustlespeck. I figured I'd try something different and tried Animal Stak and Animal Pump. Man - what a difference. I dropped about 30 lbs of fat and raised all of my lifts over a 4 month period. I felt better, more alert, more enthusiastic about hitting the gym, going to work, everything.

As a 21 yr vet - leading about 300 troops right now, I have to be able to lead from the front. I can't be telling 21 year olds how jacked up and out of shape they are if I ain't at least keeping up! Well, thanks to Animal, I more than keep up. I'm currently running an Animal Test & Pak cycle (42 days) and love it. We had a PT test last week - and at 39 yrs old - I was 8th overall (run, push-ups, sit-ups) out of 58 of us out there that day. I know that the supplementation of QUALITY products from Animal have helped me not only in the gym, but on the road, in the office and at home. Thanks.

How has Animal influenced my life in the military?

Alot of times out here we end up working long hours on very little sleep, standing watch up to twelve hours a day. It can put a real kink in a person's focus in the gym. Animal Pump absolutely helps me regain that focus and always always makes me feel like I can do one more set, like there's always more in the tank. I love that feeling and i get it with Pump.

More than that though, there's a sense of unity between guys who hit the weights around here. Even between guys that dont hang out or workout together. It's an unspoken thing, just a respect each of us carries for another guy who understands. Understands the need to lift, understands the guilt you would feel if you missed a workout, understands the real meaning of 'consistency'.

Like i said, it's unspoken, but it's there.

I would go fricking insane if I didn't workout, and if I didn't have animal I would probably still be under 200 pounds. I live for this shit. My wife even knows that the military is my life and that I need to be the biggest bad ass I can be when it comes to my job. This shit is not for the tender hearted, only animals who are willing to give everything for their country. I have to thank universal nutrition for the great products and service, and for helping me to become a freak and be fit to fight for this nation. You pump me up animal.

Man havent been on forever, work is chewing me up alive.. glad to have found this though.

I remember starting out almost 2 years ago. Weighing 160lbs, 6'2" at MCRD san diego, for basic training. Got out 170lbs and doing a few more pullups than I did coming in. But that wasnt enough for me. I wasnt old enough to go out and drink with the rest, and I wasnt big enough to wrestle and hang around with the rest. I wasnt going to get any bigger just breathing down chow hall food and running miles upon miles every week. I stopped feeling sorry for myself, and figured nothing would be handed to me in this life, I would have to earn whatever it was that I wanted.

I started reading about supplements, workout routines, buying magazines. I pieced together several fundamentals from articles and applied them to help better myself in the gym.

I went through numerous supplements, read many articles, but none were as helpful as when I found out about universal's supplements, and read everything from these animals that hang on the forvm.

Animal Pak and Flex has stuck around with me since day one and gave me what the chow hall couldnt, no matter what other brands in no2, creatine, or gainers I've experimented with, they were always sittin on my shelf. And the FORVM has paved the foundations for how I train now, compared to how I did then.

Just wanted to thank for FORVM for that, because now I'm 238lbs, and pushing more iron than I ever did. I've spent 1/3rd of this deployment in the gym and not drinking, and brought out 4 cans of ANIMAL PAK/FLEX with me, because brothers, I aint got nothing to kill out here.. but time. And its all gunna be in the gym.

i first read about animal in muscle & fitness and flex but got my first can of animal pak while deployed in support of oif/oef to saudi arabia, while downtown in doha i went into a gnc to see what the differences where and there i saw it, it cost alot more but it was worth it. and from then on ive been hooked i especially liked when animal pump came out woww it worked i got up to 167 and 6% bodyfat while deployed, i had guys at the shop ask me what i was taking and asking me advice on nutrition and such, this from someone who weighed 124 in boot camp and always struggling to gain weight. i had to improvise a shaker bottle since i was out on the flight line in the heat most of the day. so i used a gatorade bottle with some instant oatmeal from the chow hall and some animal max shaken up, a little clumpy but it got the job done. since then its been universal/ animal all day every day.

UNIVERSAL ROCKS - I just returned from the Monday Senior Staff mtg to find a box on my desk. Inside was my "Brothers in Arms" t-shirt.

I'll be sporting it tonight - thanks again for your incredible support of all of us in the military.

More reasons for me to continue supporting this site, your products and events. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't new to the lifting game but i was to the supplement game. i was introduced to Animal Pak during my first deployment to Iraq. I experimented with differenet brands. i tried them all needless to say i use Universal Nutrition supplements exclusivily now. I got serious about lifting and dieting decided to compete in bodybuilding. Im stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB and there are not a lot of ppl here that are into bodybuilding and when the see someone out the ordinary someone that looks different bigger defined they ask all kinds of questions. The first question is what do you take. I tell them Universal's Products. It just works. i currently take Animal Pak, Nitro, Cuts, M-Stack, Tribulus, and Flex. Im Three weeks out from my second competition... weighin in at 178 with slightly under 6% bodyfat.. and thats legit calculated in the a pod. thanks Animal.....

I know most people posting to this thread are in the military, but I am going to say right up front that I am not.....
My best friend SPC Jonathan Hartle is in Iraq right now fighting for my freedom. Before that he was my training partner and never let me down. He introduced me to Paking back when I started lifting. I was reluctant and he was sure of the product. He cannot lift with me anymore but we keep in touch on the internet and recently I sent him some product to Iraq. He now has several buddies taking supplements and working out more...

I just wanted to let everyone know how much he has done for all of us and how big a supporter he is of ANIMAL! He cannot post but would love the T-shirt

So here is the real deal with me. I have been in the Army for 8 years come August. I joined when I was 17 in hopes of bettering myself as a person overall. I did not begin lifting until my deployment to Afghanistan in 02, it was a way to pass time, however upon my return to the States I stopped. 6 months later I was in Iraq, and once again turned to the weights to get by. I never excelled on PT test, and never really cared I had the mindset of "as long as I pass" So once again upon my return I did not return to the IRon game. It was not until I got stationed here in Korea in Oct 07 that I became once again in love with the iron. But this time it is different. I am not using it as an escape, I am now making it a lifestyle, a way to truly better myself. I am an E6 who was picked up on the last promotion list for 7, and began to think, how can I continue to lead Soldiers at a higher level if I can not lead myself. This is why I hit the iron, dropped weight, and now back in the process of one hell of a bulk.

To be honest with everyone here, it is this Forum, and other Animals that keep me going. Now I have done this enough to truly see gains, the Forum has lead in the right path of Nutrition, Lifting, then Supps. I use to have this backwards, and thanks to the Animals out there I am on the right path to be a better person, better leader, better husband, and hopefully soon a GREAT father. You guys kept me in line long enough to realize how important/fun this can be, and I thank them for this. To me Weightlifting is now a lifestyle and not an escape from life.

Hey i dont know if the t-shirt thing is still goin but i will tell you how animal pak has helped me, im an infantryman with the 1-502 inf regt of the 101st airborne, We chose to fight, we chose to lay our lives on the line, and to do that we need to be in peak physical condition. Animal pak, and the lifestyle that goes along with it take you over the top, they give you the edge you need to be a top performer and take it to the next lever, i have taken animal pak for 4 years now, since i was a senior in high school and it has given me the edge in strengh, size, confidince, and pride to fight with faith that no matter what the situation, I WILL PREVAIL
