Brothers,
During my routine I always do abs at the end. My ab section usually takes about 20 minutes. Should I pound back my creatine before I do the abs, while the rest of my body is ripped apart, or should I rip the abs the take the creatine?
thanks for any advice

You might want to consider sipping your creatine shake during your workout. It will be rushed to your muscles fast, and like I heard Freakshow say once, "When the gates are open, flood the place!" If not, I would say before abs, just because the sooner the better really.

I tried running a search on this but couldn't quite find what I was looking for so if this has already been posted I apologize. Anyway, I was wondering whether it's better to take creatine before or after a workout?

Both are good, but after you are "loaded" on creatine, you will already have available stores before your workout and can just take it after. IMO post workout is the best if you have to pick one, because you need to take creatine with simple carbs, and the best time for simple carbs is immediately post workout.

Apart from the benefit of keeping your simple carbs in one place, it doesn't matter when you take creatine.

Check put this linK:

In addition to what these guys say, I would take 5g creatine directly after workout. Mix it with an energy drink that will give you a large insulin spike, for example 80g maltodextrin.

Remember, if you are using creatine-monohydrate then you must take it with something that will give you a relatively large insulin spike, as insulin is necessary for effective creatine uptake.

Thanks bros for all your help and advice. But I have another question: In school I have my lunch right before my fitness class which is when I lift. If I'm going to take creatine before my workout, would it be a smart idea to take my creatine at the end of my lunch?

you could solve your quandry and take Animal Pump. I believe one dose a day pre-workout supplies you with all the creatine you need, no?

hello Forum. Iīm still getting lean, and I have got a doubt when take creatine on non training days, because i do cardio the first thing in the morning with a empty stomach, so i donīt know the best time of take it. And Is it important take it all days?

· just waking up
· Before cardio with my fat burning stak
· After cardio
· Another time of the day with empty stomach

I have to tell that i take PUMP before weight training (I love it.......), but on non training days I have 2 options, take a pump or soluble creatine (I donīneed to do load).

Anyone can help me? or give me some suggestions?

Thanks a lot from Spain.
