Hey guys. I'm 18 and I'm almost done with my first cycle of M-Stak and have gained about 5 lbs. of lean muscle with very little body fat. I've heard of 8-10 lb lean mass gains with this stuff and was curious... you think the other 3-5 lbs could come from the hormonal benefits of the product (that obviously aren't as potent for me being young as I am)? I think my results might be 95% from the nutrient partitioning, protein synthesis, and nitrogen retention aspects of the product. Any thoughts?

Your gains are right on track, bro...I usually gain 5-7lbs everytime I do an M stak so keep doing what you are doing...and yes the methoxy helps so much w/the protein synthesis, just make sure your protein is like 1.5g times your bodyweight.

Yea man, I agree. You're right on track. I used m-stak last year (when I was about 20) and it took me two cycles to gain 7-10 lbs. So I wouldn't be disappointed with whatcha got now. Best part is... those gains last

Ive been lifting naturally and eating basically a high protein diet for about as long as I've been lifting. M-Stak sounds good but did you guys expierience anything such as Increased heart rate while @ rest, sleeplessness or restlessness/anxiety while on it .. I have mild anxiety attacks and I'll lift natural before I'll take somthing to set them off

Naw man. The only thing i experienced was a gradual increase in weight. For a while, I didn't even think it was doin anything--thought I was throwing away money. Sure enough, however, at the end of my two cycles i had put on some quality mass. Unfortunately, each person is different and may react to the ingredients differently. So it really depends on you. I know it contains caffeine, which might be something to consider (quickly fixed by just not takin one of the pills). Hope this helps bro.

I did a cycle of M-Stak, took a week off and followed up with a cycle of stak 2. Today is my last day of the Stak 2 cycle and I plan on taking some time off then running another can of M-Stak. I'm 18 as well and not a hardgainer but did see some quality gains from m-stak. I can't really tell you how much was from the mstak and how much was from busting my ass and eating like a beast but, I def. feel it played a part.

your gains ar esounding pretty good 1-2 pounds a week is safe. look in the mirror it is ok we all do it give you a real good idea of progress get you a fat anylizer to that will hep you out to man. Keep it up oh yeah a good one is when the red see part when you walk bro you really know then.
