I just received my acceptance letter into the Arnold Classic 2008! Hell yea!
I was so friggin excited I started jumping up and down in the post office and hugging strangers! LOL
Im like all over the place right now..Im excited, nervous, anxious..just blown away really because I always dreamed of competing in this event and never thought I would ever have a shot. Part of me is like, OMG! What was I thinking when I signed up for this! LOL..Im really nervous now, but even before I recieved this letter, I was already mentally preparing to compete, so my heart was always set on it.
I told Justin, my son about it and he was like..who the heck is Arnold? I was just too happy and said..you know..Terminator. He was like holy moly..he competes? I just picked up his 76lb ass and nearly threw him in the air...nearly threw my back out too! LOL
Im so dam happy I cant slow down...I feel like painting my whole house!
Ok..so loads of work to do..LOADS! Im so psyched and I just want to be the best ever at this show and make you all proud!
More to come...my new journey will start soon! I think Im gonna go tear all the weeds out of my garden now! LOL...must do something to let out all this adrenaline for God's sake!

Fun times toni girl....and count on Natalie and I to be there to help cheer you on....you will have so many supporters girl...my god...the entire animal pack will be there....Universal N needs to get behind this with some serious media between now and then...and then comes up so friggen fast yes???
Toni...I could not be prouder....I to am stoked...blown away...but....you and I mean YOU are so deserving of this event...of this time in your life....this is what you work for...this is the desert of our efforts in this game kido....
Never look back....keep moving forward and take the stage with pride and power....you will have the most support in that contest than anyone toni....Im sure your team will be huge....I would also mention this on your food collum on the martial arts network...lots of local US people would love to be there to meet you.

THANK YOU! I cant wait to meet most of you there..that is huge for me as well. My son is excited but he wont be there with me..not this time and he is sad about that. The "other" one, well..he is NOT thrilled at all, but I dont friggin care.
I will be flying down...or up???, LOL by myself..will keep you all posted in the next few months as far as what's up with the schedule and all that.

Yup, Im a student at Ohio State down the street from the convention center and the hyatt is definitely your best bet.

I don't always find the time to post, but after seeing this I have to post. This is a huge milestone in your life, what an opportunity! You deserve every bit of it. I've been keeping up with your training in your journey and you've been doing a phenominal job. I'm anxious to see how things will change now. Congradulations Toni, this is HUGE!

Now that you've announced your competitive plans for 2008, it's time to fly under the radar.......... put your blinders up, stay covered up, get with your training crew, your nutritionist, your select support group, and disappear.
This is a BIG, BIG show. Let the body on stage do the talking. Your focus must be precision like. The journal is not necessary, the cheering section is not necessary. Progress pics will stop soon. The body now is a project in development- the blueprint has to be desinged, but the "unveiling" comes in March- not one minute before then.
Part of working hard, is working silently.........Cheering groups are for people who "need" them; you don't need them. You need your vision of your best package, good guidance, and your drive to bring your best.
Leave the bullshit to all the "posers." Producers never talk- they just DO.
