What are the main differences between Nitro and Nitro G? And which would be better for what?
And I read the best way to use them is PWO... right?

Pretty simple
Nitro - capsules, EAA's only
Nitro G - powder, EAA's + carbs
Actually you can/should use them pre and post training if you can afford it. If you can only afford one serving per day I would use it post workout.
Nitro offers a little flexibility as you can down it with juice either pre or post. Or, if you want a shot of EAAs without the carbs, just take the pills with water.
Nitro G has more convenience if you always take your EAAs pre or post, as the carbs are built in. If you're in the middle of contest prep though, again, the regular Nitro gives you more flexibillity.

You skipped a poll option: "Both."
Nitro, pre. G, post.

True, I thought about that today, so I guess it is biased :P

I chose choice 3, both.
It really depends on whether I am bulking or not. If I am, then its nitro g and nitro, but if I am cutting, I stick to just the nitro.
