After I saw what you guys did, I went for 6 sets of 15 reps(I know you did 20). I only got in half the workout that day due to prior commitments, and my lifting partner doesn't really want to do it since he has to walk stairs at work. We're hitting legs tomorrow, so I think I'll try it then.

Been nursing some injuries, slipped disk, ruptured bursa sac ("fucked up elbow") twice and dealing with that one currently. Some deaths in both mine and my lady's family I had to deal with. That along with just finished my first year of nursing school, so that's off my chest.

Hope the pics T and I took turned out okay.... There were a few I wasn't sure about just because the little screen on the camera made them look burry.... I am no minime when it comes to capturing the moment.

Friday night - I'll be driving down... whoever wants to come can carpool down with me.

Saturday morning - Everyone else will drive down.

Saturday afternoon - LIFT (LEGS)

Saturday evening - BBQ, swim, go-karts, putt-putt golf, etc...

Sunday morning - Go home or stay and hit the gym again.

Let's get a roll call started so I'll know how many guys to expect. There should be room for 10-15 guys to crash at my parents house.

I meant to send you a silver sharpie pen, if you can pick one up, it looks great and you guys can sign your name on the black part using the silver pen. Hold on to the banner even after your event. You will keep it for all future events and have new guys sign it. When it comes Arnold time you will either send it in to us or bring it to the Cage and we will display all the banners from all the chapters in the Cage.

I'll be in Colorado July 14-18th.... I am 95% possitive we will be back by the 18th but not sure what time of day.... the 20th would be best but if the majority want to go with the 19th I am sure it won't be a problem.

There is nothing quick about my leg w/o's.... They are designed for pain.... You will be affraid.... (apparently you have forgotten who taught me my appreciation for high volume.) ;)

HAvent puked yet. I have quite literally passed out though. As in i was sitting trying to catch my breathe, then the next thing i know i am getting slapped in the face being told to stay with my dad. Passed out again, the came too surronded by black.

Moral of the story is, If i pass out during legs, drag me into a corner till i get my bearings.
