I won't be making this one.... I got tickets to go up to Maryville (which is about 45 miles north of St. Joe) to watch Northwest Missouri State University play the University of Northern Alabama in the Division 2 football Semi-Finals.... Maryville (where I went to college) is playing to go back to the national title game for the fourth year in a row.... It will be on ESPN2 at 3pm.

I have to decline this one unfortunately. I am driving my sister, her family, and me to my father's house in Hutchinson, Kansas (anyone been there or heard of it?) for Christmas dinner that day.

Ok, I know I'm setting a bad example by doing this, but my boy Amir is coming. He's my on-off training partner (due to my crappy schedule, not him..), and we are down for the 20th.

He does have an account here, he is just never on cuz he's working... he trolls though. lol

Anyways, we are down.

If possible, I'd like to know asap about whether this is happening.. My dad's side is having christmas on the 20th, so I need to know whether I'm going to an ABC or that. lol

We've been going with noon lately because that is easiest for people who have to drive in from out of town, but we could go a little earlier if you guys want to. As far as the format... once it gets closer everyone will chime in with what they are working, and we can group up from there. My routine is kinda random, so I won't know what I'm hitting until a few days prior. From there its the same as the first ABC you went to... we workout, take a pic with the banner, and go talk shop over some good food.

They have sushi on one side of the restaurant and the japanese 'cook on your table' type stuff on the other side. The lunch price for the chop chop side is pretty cheap actually... somewhere around $8-9 and its a ton of food.

Just got my fiance' set up with a 7-day pass.... (I hope those things are still valid... I guess if they weren't it would have said so).... So both of us will be there tomorrow.... I'll be working Shoulders and Biceps.... Icy roads and a computer glitch screwed my schedule up.... My back got plenty of work from shoveling the driveway....
