You can be an internet judge all you want or sit out in the audience and be a critic of all the physiques on stage, but you'll never really know what it's like until you've been there yourself. Either on the bodybuilding stage or the lifting platform!

All you gotta do is swallow your nuts and do it! It doesn't matter what kinda weight you lift as long as your doing your best! It doesn't matter how you look as long as your having fun and making the audience smile.......you will feel the love and it will make you better!
