I am figuring the odds are that not everyone just happend to be hitting back on the 29th so we split it up if people want...Me I am probubly upper and mid back (laying off deads for a month to let my lats catch up to the thickness of my lower and mid back)...

And for dinner I am reserving 20 seats at Ichiban steakhouse (cranberry)...its close to the gym and IS FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!....

I am not really sure what the correlation is between you guys training and the upcoming session-they don't seem to really go hand in hand. (really, it doesn't matter) In the Akron/Canton thread for the session on 12/15 and even the upcoming Columbus session on 1/5 - there is some heart and intensity in almost every post hyping up the upcoming session - they believe in their sessions and support one another. You have people posting asking if the session is still going on....that's not good and says enough in itself. I'm not sure how posting your chest workout is supposed to get the intensity and energy running through our blood. Let's get this Steel City Session going......

Regardless, I'm coming out on Satuday and banging out back with my girl DieselVixen - we know what makes one another drive. Anyone else want to join?

A heads up......I hit the gym a few times with BAM when our schedules allowed it - when he says he is gonna bring it, he isn't messin by any means. He is there to support you but he will also drive you into the ground if he sees you aren't giving it your all.....I think you are all in for a surprise - it's business inside the doors and everything else outside.

I am coming to push my limits and train insane like I do on the daily. I hope everyone showing is training. BAM, Big C, James,They are some raw dudes I trained with in Akron. Train hard of go home is a rule Ohio seems to take serious. If anyone training is half assing it, well you will be called out on it.

I really can't wait to meet the Pitt crew and we can have State to State sessions all the time its not to far, but it has to be hardcore.

Just for confusion sake....we will be eating at the ichiban in CRANBERRY....it is the best locations from the turn pike (folks from ohio), butler and mercer for the boys up north.....and it is right off of 79 for the guys and gals from the south....the gym is also easiest to get there from 79 and get off in sweickley and head up Ohio River blv (65 north)....any confusion just ask a few of the other guys been to the gym can help with directions as well!

Hey y'all, we are here! we've been quiet but still hangin. i had a major muscle shut down from overtraining last week that left me bed-ridden for about 3 days. Barbender took the gym away from me for a couple weeks. so i am on light duty, just little cardio and no lifting. our jobs have been keeping us busy as hell but we like it like that. a little figchik has reminded me of a session coming up in march. count me in! i need to be poundin it hard with some sisters! i should be back at it and 100% by then. . . . i need some help. could someone out there recommend a brother/sister i can get detailed info from on dieting. im not talking the basics, i have that info. im talkin percentages, times, suggestions on diff types of foods. Barbender has done a super job with me about eating clean and journaling my foods everyday. my body fat has changed drastically the last 3 years. now i need fine tuning. my first contest is in october. i have an ass on me that i have to get rid of. barbender has me set up with the training and has a hell of a muscle base built. now, again its time for fine tuning. can anyone help me or direct me to someone who has years of experience in bodybuilding that wont hand me bullshit. i have been reading, reading and reading. just not finding the details that i need. thanks!

Being that he is a marine and has been to Iraq and is like so many of the other men and woman on this Forvm that are in the military and support our way of life. We have decided that we would like to dedicate this next ABC in Pittsburgh to the military. Universal/Animalpak, The House, Shaffer and myself are going collect some things for our men and woman overseas and send them over a care package from the Pittsburgh Chapter and Animalpak. So if you are able to we ask that at the next Pittsburgh ABC you please bring either a supplement from the Universal Nutrition/Animalpak line of products or something else that would be usuable overseas. I am sure Shaffer and anyone else that has been over there can fill us in on things that are most importand and needed. Well I hope you all agree that this is a wonderful thing. The military men and woman put their lives on the line everyday to protect ours I think this is the least that we can do for them. The House and I are going to take care of the shipping and make sure that it gets there safely. Thank you all in advance for helping out with this.

I talked with the Recruiter from the area they are going to help out and attend the session as well they are from 2/3 a unit out of hawaii they have address's we can send to I will work with them today and get a list up for everyone
