Hey man it is an honor to help out anyone over there military or private contractor....I am sorry to hear of your loss of your friend and fellow agent...i too have lost one of the best people i ever met back in jan 06...its a god damn shame but now that i am out and with help from a few awesome selfless people we are going to get something great going and hopefully will spread throught the ABC!...thank you for your words and support...

Just a heads up to all the folks going to the Arnold this year.

It is official. On Saturday, March 1, 2008 after The Cage shuts down and the expo closes, we'll be holding the 1st Annual Arnold Weekend ABC in association with the Columbus chapter of the Animal Barbell Club. We'll have the gym after hours, open exclusively for us and our event. Training first with a Q & A to follow.

Location: World Gym/Metro Fitness
9 E Long St, Columbus OH

Time: 8pm

Cost: Free to all Forvm/ABC members. Let em know at the front desk that you represent Animal by wearing your favorite Animal t-shirt and you're good to go.

i am not compeletly sure but if we send it to 3 different units....estimating that there are 5 to 6 troops that I know are into training and they can use the supplement related things and everything else can be distributed through the platoons

Sorry G that I didnt get back to you. Time got away from me. Thank you and Universal for stepping up and helping us out. Also thank you Shaffer for really getting the ball rolling on this lil project! I really hope that with all the items we collect that we can show the men and woman oversease that no matter where you are or what you are doing the Animal brothers and sisters will always be there. The House and I get so much from everyone that we feel it is our time to start giving back. We are very grateful for the life that we have and we dont take a minute of it for granted. So with that said we cant wait to see everyone in a few weeks!

Right around mid-March he set an Ohio record in bench press (425 lbs.), 2nd place in deadlift (560 lbs.) and 2nd place in squat (550 lbs.) all in his age group I believe. Congrats to him! At only 17 years old, he has a lot of potential in front of him.

i grilled that tilapia the other night (on alum foil)... it fell apart, but tasted great.
