but they're closed on Sunday.

Injury Report.....It seems I strained my right shoulder at work. I am going to take friday off and rest alot saturday so I can kick some ass. With this being said, I think it would be wise to do some chest work and leave shoulders themselves alone....

the 3rd Steel City ABC session was a success!
thanks to all of those that made it, as i think we had a good turn-out and some good training.

Vinny sends his apologies that he couldn't make it. he won the overall last night and earned his pro card... this was a long-time-coming.
he was exhausted and was on his way back to nj very early this morning to celebrate with his family.
congrats again Vinny.

we did have a surprise in store for the ABC... The House!
The House was kind enough to come to the session while he's about 30 days out from his first pro show.
i know this was tough work for him and we greatly appreciate it.
he is one of the hardest working guys in bb-ing, and about as real as they come.
thanks again House and Landlord.

it was good to see some familiar faces along with some new ones too.
if this was your first ABC, please pm me your info (screen name, real name, address, etc) so that i can send it in so you get your shirt.

-Hey bro...I'd like to start lifitng AT 2:30, i'm pretty fanatic about timing like any other bb'er so that's what i'd like.

-Anyone that wants to go eat after can, there's a ton of places within 10min from the gym...whatever you feel like eating i'll know a place.

-You can train whatever you have planned for that day, everyone does there own thing or joins others to maybe learn something new...as for me, i'm doing back and arms.

As far as I know the session is at 2 p.m. I always show up about 30 minutes earlier to get ready and do preworkout cardio...I will be wearing a yellow animal shirt with black shorts.
