im just posting this cuz im pissed. the gym teacher that supervises the weightroom is a fuckin dumbass. today was leg day so i did squats. so i start out with 145 and do my 10 reps. i got to 185 and do 10 reps(atg for both sets.) then im about to add more weight and the freakin teacher was like "you go way to low and thats not good for you also im not gonna let you go past 145 because you might hurt yourself." but then he said "you can go up to 300 pounds on legpress because its a lot safer" so im thinking that he is bullshiting me but turns out he was new and didnt know jack shit. now my favorite day "leg day" sucked and now i feel like shit.
