Hey guys!

i have recentley started a new split schedule for my training and i am finally starting to nail down everything. thats fine. the problem is with my diet. i want to be huge and i know in order for that to happen i need to eat, lots. i work a desk job as a graphic designer and the office does not have any cooking equipment. i am currentley eating at the momment white rice and tuna everyday with whole meal bread and washing it down with milk. but i dont think this will be sufficiant, can you suggest a program for me which i can prepare the night before work that i can have at work, i will be purchasing protein shakes and making a fair few for the day. perhaps sandwiches, any advice would be much appreciated!

Wraps can help, check the recipes section, Toni posted plenty. I'd add some MEAT too. noodles with steak, rice with steak, steak with steak.. in a thermos, 3x during your shift should do it. Check the diet section, there is alot of tips, especially for college bbers.

If you have access to a fridge that would be great, but a small cooler with some ice packs with it will work as well. I was working outside all summer and couldn't really keep a lot of food with me, but i packed 2 sandwiches a day into a small cooler and that set me up nice. Use whole wheat bread and a shit load of meat, stack em high. Another big one that i use daily is peanut butter. No need to refrigerate and an excellent source of protein and fats. Throw some pretzels or crackers into the equation and you got a meal.

Remember to keep your water intake high as well.

Good luck man.

There's a lot of threads on this that you could search for. One thing that did well for me was baking chicken the night before, and putting it on whole grain bread with a lettuce leaf as a cold sandwich.

You guys seriously don't have a microwave though?

you cant get any more simple than that. because you work a desk job not to say that it doesnt have its difficulties but that may work to your advantage trying to eat more. i work construction mostly and i know its tough to get away every two hours but i talked to my boss and ass long as i can somewhat eat on the go hees fine with it.. man my lunchmate is proably the most worthwhile bbing investment ive made.. i make up my meals for the week on saundays, pack em up into freezer bags or lunch containers an dthen write monday tuesday... on em. in the morning while im cookin my breakfast i toss one in the cooler and makes some sandwiches while i eat.. you just gotta come up with creative ways to plan out your meals.. im still in high school so whatever dad will buy is what i cook, but he is always up for buyin food if i ask for a big bag of potatoes and some ground beef, or a big box of uncle bens and some chicken.. get creative and get organized.. youll be tippin the scales in no time
