What do you guys think...
I train 2 days on, 1 day cardio. Do you think could be eating 1:1:1 on training days and zero carb on cardio days to promote extra fat burning on the cardio days?
anyone do a similar diet split?

i dont think is worth it
either cycle them(low/medium/high)
or get rid of them
ur body needs like 3 days to start runnin from ketosis
i dont think ur body would have a chanse to do it

I am not actually trying to go into ketosis but I am just trying to limit carbs on these days. Maybe a 1:1:1 would be better everyday?
I know that my 2:1 ratio before was great for bulking but I think I could put on more lean mass this way with 1:1:1 on a bulk

You should do your cardio right after you train. This will tap into your fat stores quicker because your body has already burned up the carbs from your training.
If you don't like that idea, do your cardio first thing in the AM before you eat. The same principles would apply as you have been in a fasted stated from your sleep.
I would ALWAYS use Nitro before cardio as to help preserve as much muscle as possible.
Does this help?

i completly agree
I just don't get it anymore. lol I nitpick and calculate and worry about my intake because I'm on a cut. It's fucking calculus.
But if your on a bulk. You have to worry about one thing, EAT. Make sure you get your required protien and then just fucking eat. Clean carbs of course. I know you may want to keep that lean look and all. But you will gain so much more muscle by just eating.
You can try to remain lean while bulking, but you will not really put that much muscle on. It will come too slow.
If you want some serious muscle, then EAT and train hard. Then when you cut, your body will be shocked into losing the weight. Boom, your outcome is a much more muscular you.

Idk about zero carb days... When i cut this past spring/summer i just took in about 100g or less of carbs per day and after a few months i had the six pack i was looking for.
