View Full Version : Cutting Weight
I'm a powerlifter by heart but I also look like a power eater. I mean im not fat, you can tell I lift weights but it would sure help if i cut some more to look like a monster, like the guys here at the F O R V M. Does anyone have any cutting ideas I could use. Anything would be appreciated.
Thanks

The keto diet sounds pretty good from what i've heard. Have you or anyone gotten good results, because I'm willing to do anything.

If your looking to get cut quick then yeah, look into the keto and carb cycling diets. If you want a shorter, more natural weight loss maybe just look into watching how much fat, and carbs (and what type (good or bad)) you're taking in and get into some kind of cardio routine.
Thanks everyone for the feedback. I looked more into the keto diet and it sounds pretty good and their seems to be really awesome results from it.
I think I'll finish september out and begin fresh on the diet October 1st.
Thanks guys.

If you want serious weight loss or just something small I suggest buying some animal cuts, cutting carbs for about 2 to 3 weeks and doing cardio (not too much though, just about 2 to 3 reps of 10 high intensity minutes everyday or other day) this will help you get ripped very fast. Though if you start to see any muscle loss then cut cardio down and just keep the cuts and carb idea.

I just wanted to add i've been doing keto for like 10 days and I already am seeing nice results. One great thing about keto is once you break into ketosis after 2-4 days your energy levels rise and you don't feel too depleted anymore. A word of advice: buy ketostix, and read up on how to use 'em. their a good way to tell when you've reached ketosis and if your staying in it.

Theres alot of different choices some of the more tried and true ways of dieting like carb cycling or dropping X amount of carbs each week. Or there are more extreme diets like PSMF and Keto
