You have no protein in the 7am or the 7:30pm meal, that is something you need to address. Don't know anything about Quickmass Weight Gainer, should look at some Real Gains, best mass shake on the market.

My two cents I would think about eating the whole egg not just the whites.

Look at Universal Storm, the best creatine supp on the market in my opinion.

Eat fatty fish such as salmon 2-3 times a week. Can you use olive oil? Doesn't taste too bad in a shake and for some reason it makes my scrambled eggs taste better when I cook with it instead of pam or some other cooking spray.

All of these are right on to me. Just remember it's a long road, it takes time. But you'll get there. I was right there where you are once. The FORVM is a good place to start.

I'd go with 1.5 g of protein per pound of lean mass to start, break that into 6 daily meals. Then you can either go 2:1 carbs to protein for calories, no fat. Or 1:1:1 carbs to protein to healthy fats. Both of tjese methods worked for me.

The ratios are caloric so remeber protein and9 carbs are 4
calories per gram, fats are 9 calories per gram. So, on 1:1:1 ....

200 pound person - 1.5 g protein per pound = 300 g protein per day = 1200 calories from protein. Since carbs are equal, 300 carbs, 1200 more calories. 1200/9 (9 calories per fat gram) = 133 g of fat, 1200 more calories.

Total you would be taking in 3600 calories, 300 g protein, 300 g carbs, 133 g fats. Split equal between 6 meals/ shakes is 50 g protein, 50 g carbs per meal and about 22 g fat per.

Hope this helps.

Yeah finish of that other tub of protein and switch to Real Gains. I'm just about to finish my first 6lbs tub and I can tell the difference. I use 3 scoops and that eqauls out to around 50 g of protein. Use it before bed and you will see results pretty fast. My two cents.

at 150 i would not be concerned about weighing food....just eat, train, and sleep. the more calories that you ingest the bigger you will be...carbs are your friends and so is protein. i'd also eat your meals closer together like 2 hrs aprart. dont be afraid to eat red meats and tatters....or whatever else you want to throw down. just be smart about your choices thats all

Your Quick Mass supplement has 29g of sugar per serving. That's A LOT.

you hit it on the head. food is #1 priority. I really like storm better than pump, but thats just me. With those allergies, it could be hard to find a good protein powder, best of luck.

You weigh 150lbs right now. Eat, eat, eat, eat, train, eat, eat, eat, sleep, repeat.

Calories bro, as many as you can. Red meat, potatos, chicken, whole eggs, milk, pasta...as much as you can throw down the hatch.

When you get full, start eating again...

skip the egg whites, chicken and fat-free yogurt and eat peanut butter, steak, whole eggs and whatever the fuck you feel like eating all the time.

That's not a lot for someone who's 150lbs and trying to bulk. Especially if this is for post-workout use.

Welcome in. This is looking way better than my first bulking diet hahah.. though I'd add some more meat and potatoes.. and QUANTITY!! Eat until you feel like puking, and eat some more. Sucks for your allergy.. I know your pain, I'm allergic to all kinds of fish.. I guess it forces us to be more creative. Real Gains + 6-7 solid meals is real good.. storm is the best creatine around imo.. and I really like Shock Therapy for pre workout.. kind of cheap and gives sick iron craving.
Good luck bro

Just try to get in calorie dense food and never skip a meal. Do you like chili? It is easy to make in large batches, and even easier on the wallet. Eat a couple bowls of that on top of your diet. Also whole eggs are the way to go if you want to gain weight. If you can't afford a weight gainer (because you HAVE to buy storm, I'm not kidding it's the shit) make one with milk, oats, protein, eggs, peanut butter, and cottage cheese. Add some ice cream if you feel like it. Be careful with your money. It is easy to spend it all on supps, the not have enough for quality food. Listen to everybody else's advice here and you are way ahead of where we were when we started. Good luck and welcome.

Check the training section of the animalpak.com site. It has some pretty good routines for those not used to creating their own.
