Here's a heads up on something that sounds pretty cool. There is a new show on Fox Sports starting this Sunday that deals with the science behind athletes and sports. I know a few of the exercise scientists that have been working on it, and it sounds pretty sick...

show looks very intresting, would have been nice if one of the featured arthletes was a bodybuilder though
So, anyone watched this thing? I wasn't home, so I couldn't. Just wondering if it was any good.

It seems it did not, and will not from what I can tell, televise in Canada. We have the FOX Sports Channel but no ‘Sport Science’ show listed. I’m not impressed as it sounded pretty wicked for us sports enthusiasts. Hope to hear from others how it was.

was it the Discovery channel that did that special about the science behind martial arts? That was interesting
