this thread was posted on another location week ago

first training : Back
3 sets of 10 wide pull ups
4 deadlift sets of 10,10,8,6 the final set was with 264lbs
4 Underhand Cable Pulldowns sets of 10,8,8,6 the final 2 sets with about 215lbs
3 One-Arm Dumbbell Row sets of 10,10,8 the final set with 70lbs dumbell with ease
3 Seated Cable Rows sets of 10,10,8 the last set with 180lbs

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1 pack of animal pump
and 15 minuts pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minuts after training i took another pack of nitro followed by a gainer 45 minuts post training.

effectiveness: 9/10 that training was after 2 weeeks with 1 workout so i was in a bad form (i'm not resting well thats my weakest link)...

recovery: 9/10 i must say i had good recovery with other products but i felt great after the workout like i could continue on and on...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 9.5/10 some animal to go please...

next in line shoulders (i did today) but i got to wake up in about 5 hours so another day.. israel time...

well its the second training : shoulders
military press 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the final set with 154lbs
Arnold Dumbbell Press 3 sets of 10,8,6 the final set with
each dumbbell of 62lbs
giant superset of Lateral Raise + Seated Bent Over Rear Delt
Raise + front hammer raises 3 sets of 10,8,8 the last set
with 35lbs/25lbs/ 30lbs
last was Upright Barbell Row 4 sets of 10,10,8,8 the last set
was with 120lbs

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1
pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
i ate 5 meals that day..

effectiveness: 9/10 that training was after a long day at
work but felt good..

recovery: 9/10 i must say i had good recovery even the giant
superset felt better like thats possible...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 9/10 i was asked during the training if i
started eating the ships iron so i must have done something
good if i got such feedback about my size...

third training : arms
BICEPS
i did 21's for 3 weeks and this time i changed to see if it
helped and it worked my biceps training improved and i didn't
even give everything i got..
barbell Preacher Curl 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the last set was
with 115lbs
Cable Preacher Curl 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with
120lbs
Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last
was with each dumbbell of 45lbs
Overhead Cable Curl 3 sets of 10 last set with each hand at
66lbs
TRICEPS
close grip bench press 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the last was with
200lbs
cable push down 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with 155lbs
(thats the highest on the machine)
super sets of 3 Dip Machine + Standing Bent-Over One-Arm
Dumbbell Triceps Extension 3 sets of 10,10,8 all the dips
were with 155lbs (thats the highest on the machine) and the
extension was with 40 lbs dumbbell
about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1
pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
that is a 6 meal day very good
5 hours of sleep bad... but its always the same..
effectiveness: 8.5/10 the biceps went very well i didn't
cheat on the barbell curl and it was easy the triceps was
good but i reached the end of most of the machines so next
time i will push myself only free training...

recovery: 8.5/10 i must say i had good recovery felt good
even had some good supersets could do better...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 8.5/10 felt like i didn't give 200% next time
I'll learn...

next in line chest(i did today) but i got to eat now to keep
up.. see you next training...

well its training number 4 : CHEST
flat bench barbell press 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the final set
with 214lbs
flat Dumbbell Press 3 sets of 10,8,8 the final set with
each dumbbell of 75lbs
Incline Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 10,10,8,8 the last set
with 70lbs
last was Cable Crossover 3 sets of 10,10,10 the last set
was with 70lbs each side

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1
pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
i ate 5 meals that day..

effectiveness: 8/10 did a mistake i trained this practice a
day after triceps not very good choise felt a bit weak..

recovery: 8.5/10 despite everything when i pressed dumbbells
it was easy as the training continued...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 8.5/10 i pressed not so good didn't feel any gains
at this section but later it came to work..

this log has nothing to do with the company...but train like
an animal..

fifth training : Back
3 sets of 10 wide pull ups
4 deadlift sets of 10,10,8,6 the final set was with 285lbs
4 Underhand Cable Pulldowns sets of 10,8,8,6 the final 2 sets with about 215lbs
3 One-Arm Dumbbell Row sets of 10,10,8 the final set with 75lbs dumbell (thats the heavyest dumbell at my gym) dont know what to do...
3 Seated Cable Rows sets of 10,8,7 the last set with 190lbs

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1 pack of animal pump
and 15 minuts pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minuts after training i took another pack of nitro followed by a protein shake (champion) 45 minuts post training.

effectiveness: 9/10 back is my strongest training and i felt big i reached a certain level but this training proved to me i could do more...

recovery: 9/10 i must say i had good recovery with other products but i felt great after the workout like i could continue on and on...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 9.5/10 with all of the above i believe it will take me 2,3 weeks to beat my deadlift record..

well its the sixth training : shoulders
military press 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the final set with 143lbs (must say that was a bad sets)
Arnold Dumbbell Press 3 sets of 10,8,6 the final set with
each dumbbell of 62lbs (felt tired as hell)
Upright Barbell Row 4 sets of 10,10,8,8 the last set
was with 132lbs
Seated Bent Over Rear Delt 3 sets of 10 with 22lbs dumbell
incline seated front hammer raises 3 sets of 10,8,8 the last set with 30lbs

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1
pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
i ate 5 meals that day..

effectiveness: 7.5/10 that training was after a long day at
work felt it good, felt the pump but not 100%..

recovery: 8/10 except of the barbell rows gain everything else felt bad...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 8/10 think i could do better if i was sleeping more than 4 hours at night...

well its training number 7 : CHEST i changed a bit from last chest training
Barbell Incline Bench Press - Medium Grip 4 sets of 10, 10, 8, 6 the final set
with 200lbs this exercise went well
machine bench Press 4 sets of 10,8,8,6 the final set with
each side of the rack with 200lbs total of 400lbs this was a great set
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 sets of 10, 8,8 the last set
With 75lbs
last was Cable Crossover 3 sets of 10,10,10 all sets
Was with 70lbs each side

About the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout, an hour later i took 1
Pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
Followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
i ate 6 meals that day..

Effectiveness: 9.5/10 i gave myself a day off and this training i felt like exploding...

Recovery: 9.5/10 despite giving it all at first 2 exercises when i pressed dumbbells it felt like i just started the training...


Taste: like pills... only sweeter

Conclusion: 9.5/10 one of my better workouts in the last few weeks..

Any advice about the training or something will be taken to consideration...

eight training : arms
BICEPS well this training was the best i had in weeks
barbell Curl 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the last set was
with 121lbs which mean my RM1 went up
Cable Preacher Curl 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with
121lbs
Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last
was with each dumbbell of 45lbs
sitting preacher Curl 3 sets of 10,10,8 last set with 50lbs dumbell

TRICEPS
close grip bench press 4 sets of 10,10,8,6 the last was with
200lbs a good set in the smith machine felt my arm like hell
skull crushes with EZ bar 3 sets 10,10,8 the last one with 94lbs
Tricep Dumbbell Kickback 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with 40lbs
cable push down 3 sets of 10,10,8 the 3 with 155lbs
(thats the highest on the machine) which mean i have to switch this exercise

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1
pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
that is a 6 meal day very good
5 hours of sleep bad... but its always the same..
effectiveness: 9.5/10 well i pushed myself a bit more and it was worth the effort felt good...

recovery: 9.5/10 didnt feel the training could go on and on...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 9.7/10 well the strength started going up after 3 weeks of the pump and i felt it good...

need some brain food .. any advice about this exercise will be taken into consideration..

Lying T-Bar Row 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with 90lbs
Seated Cable Rows 3 sets of 12,10,8 the last one with 180lbs

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1 pack of animal pump
and 15 minuts pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minuts after training i took another pack of nitro followed by a protein shake (champion) 45 minuts post training.

effectiveness: 9/10 good workout could do give more poundage...

recovery: 9/10 felt great after the workout like i could continue on and on and i went with back pain to this workout...

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 9.5/10 with all of the above i believe it will take me 2,3 weeks to beat my all of my back records..

each dumbbell of 65lbs felt the shoulders good set
Upright Barbell Row 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last set
was with 132lbs
super set of Front Incline Dumbbell Raise + Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise 3 super sets the last with 35lbs and 25lbs..

legs workout the hardest i had in weeks thats probably because i didnt train legs hard the last few weeks

Barbell Squat 5 sets of 12,10,10,8,6 the last one with 242 (not much but its a start)...
next Leg Extensions 3 sets of 10 all sets with 242lbs (thats the highest on the machine)
Standing Leg Curl 3 sets of 10,10,7 the last set with 110lbs each leg (thats the highest on the machine)
smith machine Standing Calf Raises 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last with 220lbs (felt the calves burning)
Seated Calf Raise 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with 143lbs

about the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout,an hour later i took 1
pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
i ate 5 meals that day..

effectiveness: 9.2/10 almost fell asleep before training felt like exploding during..

recovery: 9.5/10 i didnt give that much in my leg workout recently but this one i gave it all and felt great after..

taste: like pills...

conclusion: 9.5/10 animal wannabe workout felt like animal...

motivation after long day at work is the most important remember that..

Alternate Hammer Curl 3 sets of 10,10,8 the last one with 50lbs
Felt my forearm very pumped

About the supplements:
i ate an hour and a half pre workout, an hour later i took 1
Pack of animal pump
and 15 minutes pre training i took 1 pack of animal nitro.
15 minutes after training i took another pack of nitro
Followed by a gainer 45 minutes post training.
i ate 6 meals that day..

Effectiveness: 8.5/10 a good training the first bench press I felt a bit tired from waking up at 5 AM but later I felt better

Recovery: 8.5/10 despite giving it all at first 2 exercises when i pressed dumbbells it felt like i just started the training...


Taste: like pills... of an animal..

Conclusion: 9/10 not one of my better workouts but if you judge by the pumps one of my best.
This training gave my forearm a life of its own…
