when it comes to my diet i know exactly what foods i need to eat to bigger and stronger...the problem is i will do so well for awhile and then i get caught in this fucking mental rut where i just get tired of eating and i start to see my hardwork slip away...i'm sure alot of us struggle with that...what are some things that you guys find help you mentally when you just don't want to eat big anymore?? i know alot of you are thinking "ya just gotta fuckin do it" but i'd appreciate any real feedback on the subject...thanks

Ok bro...this is how I get after about 6 weeks of HARDCORE eating and training...then it's time for a cruise. I'm not sure how long you are talking about and how hard you work....but if it's something like that...then consider taking a week active rest...if you feel like going to the gym go...if not don't...take care of other shit you need to get done. I usually slip in a few other foods that I like or whatever and drop 1 meal..and just cruise for a week. Then a week later I'm all refreshed and ready to get back into it for another 6 weeks. Gotta let yourself rest once in a while. You can't just go all out all the time. And remember...rest=growth.

I look at the scale at the end of the week, and if it didn't go up at all that's all the motivation I need to eat more than I've ever eaten before.

Try different spices. Go to the spice isle in your grocery store and look at the ingredients. If it isn't high in sugar, fat, or sodium, buy it. Switch up every day, or every meal!
