So i tried using the search function and could not come up with any thread that has gone over this.

Ok my question on off days do you eat and drink shakes the same way you do all week, and what if for some reason you have to take 4 or 5 days off are you still downing 3 protien shakes a day and eating 4 or 5 times a day? just curious as to anyones thoughts on this

Absolutely. Keeping your nutrition constant is clutch. Eating the same portions at the same time helps your body get used to digesting that particular meal and will ultimately help you grow. And as far as having to take days off, Machine said it best: "Id rather miss a training session than miss a meal"

Yeah i pretty much figured that but i was just wondering if eating that much protien, calories so on if it will all get used in the right way especially if i have to take four or five days off like i have had to in the past my muscles arent repairing anymore so is my body going to utilise the protien fat and calories the same way?

yea keep taking your protein shakes and food even when your taking time off...you dont grow in the gym, you grow when your resting outside the gym so its important that you keep your nutrition when your taking time off. also yes you should eat 5-6+ times when your resting its healthier for all people not just bodybuilders

On my workout days I normally eat 6 meals not including my postworkout shake. But on my rest days, I got those extra 2-3 hours to spare where I would've been working out... so sometimes I'll eat a seventh meal on my rest days or use those couple of hours to get some extra sleep. You only grow when you're resting so take it just as seriously as a workout!

Ditto. On my rest days I'm pounding pack some serious meals brother. Though I do suggest that on days off you increase your protein intake just a bit so that you get in some serious recovery (also if you're not against it I suggest taking some glutimen more often on these days so that your muscles are ensured some repair)

has been given here.

Eat up and rest up too. Food is very, very important.
