Big Al and I had a photo shoot today with MuscleMag's best
photographer-writer Tony Monchinski....yeah Sunday---LEG DAY! A lot of great training pictures and posing inside-outside the gym, great story on how Al and I are good friends and how Al is a veteran with the NPC Nationals --making a comeback....and me, a 40 year old "train at home" guy making his first National show!
You can read about the workout in my Training Journey. It should hit in the Feb/08 MuscleMag issue, which will be out in 2-3 months, please keep your eyes open for it...

Congrats to both of you guys, you both really deserve every bit of recognition you get, you two are some of the hardest working guys at your sport that i have ever seen. keep it up, hopefully il be able to get down there to train with you guys sometime in the near future.
