ok heres how it goes. for the past 2 days i had this pain in my neck. its on both side of my throat like i have some sort of swollen glands or something. it hurts when i turn my head. anyone know what this might be? im probably gonna go to the doctors office tomorrow but im just curious if anyone knows what this might be
