Im on a bulk. Im 5'10'' 180. I would like to get to 200. Heres my eating.

6:30 am
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops real gains

745-800 am
6 whole eggs
1 1/2 cup cheerios
fruit

1100 am
boil in bag rice white or brown
6 oz chicken

200 pm
same as last

400 pm workout
nitro g during workout

500 pm post workout
2 scoops whey
40g carbo plus

600 pm supper
beef
carbs
vegetable

800 pm
1 can tuna
pb sandwich

1000 pm
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops real gains
milk

I drink over a gallon of water. I take creatine, glutamine, pak, and nitro g.

What else can i do to put it on. Also, what kind of training will help me grow with this diet?

dang man with all that food i would think u should be packin on the lbs. thats really similar to my diet and ive went from 186-198 here in the last 5 weeks. go look under the training section for split routines that u can use. hope this helps and EAT EAT EAT and lift like you've never lifted before and u will grow!!!!

your post workout carbs need to be higher, you should take in at least 80g simple carbs and 40g whey!

Maybe a few more carbs pwo. but don't just jump to 80 right away. Bring it up by 10 grams a week, so your body can adjust. You might start to feel a little sick with that many easily digested carbohydrates in your system. Also, carry a bunch of hard boiled eggs wherever you go and add a couple to each meal. Easy and inexpensive way to up your caloric/protein intake.

As for training, train as heavy as you can, rest as much as you need in between sets, but no more. You need to force your body to adapt by putting on muscle.

Other than that, I say what you are doing looks pretty solid and it looks as if you know what's what.

Sadly, this diet doesn't help us much in terms of helping you. If you don't want to get into numbers (how many total calories this is per day, the breakdown of macronutrients, etc.), then all you can do is look in the mirror and see how clothes fit. None of us here can tell you this diet will work or not work. Give it a shot, stick to it for a little while. No progress? Add calories. Experiment with the ratio of macronutrients, foods, timing, etc. It's all about trial and error and finding out what works for you. Training becomes secondary to food on a bulk.

Agreed. Fat really puts on bulk. Your bodies natural steroid production depends on fat and cholesterol. I'd eat 2 servings of peanut butter, and 2 spoons of olive oil every day.
