Is it possible? Can it be done? What parameters correspond to this desire? Let the experience and advise run wild!
Anything is possible bro. Here's some steps you can take:
1. Run
2. Run
3. Decrease cals, simple carbs
4. Run
5. Move to somewhere like TX where it's still 95 degrees outside, then run outside.
6. Run some more
7. Watch the fat drip off

depends, I had a client this past month drop 3.5% in one month while losing 8lbs (all bodyfat) BUT he was 32, never exercised a day in his life and ate one meal a day, mid day from any fastfood place. He know eats 6 meals a day, and trains with me 5 days a week 3 days with weights doing 15min cardio on those days, and 2 days just cardio intervals for 60min. He worked very hard and followed my instructions to the T. He was able to see such great results because he transformed his whole life

like Houston, just got back from a meeting there and it was like 93 with crazy humidity all the time...shit I broke a sweat from just breathing.
True. That newbie fatloss can be just like newbie muscle. It's easier when your first starting out.
I guess the question is. How often do your train, eat, drink water already?

The real question here is, can you do it without losing muscle? I don't think so, that would be the sacrifice. I think it can be done, but not without losing muscle.

i think the other big question is how much body fat you have to start with...
if your in the 10% range, muscle loss is bound to happen (with out chemical assistance atleast)...however if your over 15% i think it is doable, but will be more difficult, and IMO anything over 20% is deffinetly doable, with a chance to even increase muscle mass...just MHO though.

I've lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area all my life, and I'm still not used to the heat. It is fucking horrible. It's always humid up here because of the Gulf of Mexico though not as bad as Houston.

I really doubt it, unless we're talking about serious muscle loss... you can loose probably even 30 pounds in three weeks (seen that in many ads), but it's extremely hard, if not impossible, to lose 4% bf in 3 weeks... honestly

it has more to do with HOW much BF one has at the beggining than anything else.
besides if you break it down 4% is not a lot...100lbs = 4lbs but what will make that 4 lbs hard to lose is how much fat you already carry. if your sporting 20% BF your only dropping 4 lbs of fat, if your already at 10% BF now we are talking a whole new ball game.

bro, theoreticaly I agree with you, but as most pros agree, bodybuilding is more practical and less theorethical... what I said was from my own experience, and others'... as for me, I still remain to my idea, and I'm glad if he could proove me I'm wrong

I wouldn't run so much if I were you...unless you wanna loose all that hard-earned muscle. Especially on decreased cals.

Im with JMC if you run down here in TX youll melt off some fat, but Roland is right youll loose muscle... its knda a hard decision, to make so i run inside and walk everywhere on campus for extra exercise..
May I ask the reason to do this?
And why you ask 3 weeks instead of maybe 5, or even 12?

most pro's=10% or less BF for the most part.
the body desires to hold onto a certain amount of BF...however it doesnt need a shit load of it...so like i said earlier if your sporting ~15% or under BF it will be much more difficult to lose the BF % you want w/out possibly sacrificing some muscle, however if your over 20% it will be much easir to dop 4% BF in 3 weeks with out worry of muscle loss. with a BF level that high, on restricted calories your body will not turn to muscle for fuel, there is no need too. you'd have plenty of fat (energy) to spare before the body starts to fight with its self over muscle or BF for energy.
and i talking about personal experience and what reading i have done human anatomy and physioligy, plus shit i read in muscle rags (like flex and other crap of that sort).

Horrible advice in my opinion. Follow the above and you watch something melt right off, something called muscle. Cardio can only supplement your diet when it comes to burning fat.

Relax brotha! If you couldn't tell, that was sarcastic... Also for all you with the "losing muscle" advise, while that is true, it's not what he asked. He asked if it was POSSIBLE....
Edited...said I was joking but moreso, just being sarcastic. I stand by the basic message though. Gotta increase cardio, lower cals and carbs, lower MOST ALL sugars, and increase cardio some more. This is assuming all other aspects of diet are clean. If you think you can lose fat otherwise you're kidding yourself. YES you will lose muscle, but again, just addressing the question. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I second this. Doing ANYTHING outside in TX is a bitch in this heat. I walk to class when I am cutting, and I am dripping with sweat as soon as I walk in the door. If I was in better shape I would run outside in the heat but I think I would stroke out..
