Before school and lunch I got coverd but break I just have no ideal wat to cram down. I need something easy. The bulk of my diet now is 1&1/2opunds of beef, Pasta, Eggs, Whole Milk , And a few shakes aday.
Im looking for something a little more filling than a shake sense I usaully start the day with one.

PB&J. Sandwiches are quick and easy.
youo are looking at a quality meal 2 tbsp of peanut butter is 14 grams of protein. good fat and sticky helps to clean out the pipes of the powders and such. I just bought a case of animal snaks to eat while at work or on the way home.
Nuts and natural peanut butter are def the way to go..the fats sustain and carry your energy loads and both are dam good fat sources too..mono-unsaturated is what you want. They lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) and increase the HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol).
Add 2tbs natty pb to oats (you can microwave the oats), and you will be good to go for a while.
G's pancakes are actually really good cold too.

i agree with toni
make g diesel's pancakes and take em to school
they are fuckin tasty
here's the recipe
5-6 egg whites
1 cup of oats
1 whole ripe banana
2 packets equal or splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend the ingredients into a pancake-like paste in the Magic Bullet or similar food processor or blender. This should make two decent sized pancakes. Pour the batter into a moderately heated pan coated in cooking spray. Cook as you normally would a typical pancake.

yup, G Diesel pancakes are great... on a bulk there are lots of choices really, protein shakes, bars, sandwiches, everything you want... it's a bit harder when you're cutting though
Yup stick to whole food like mentioned all the way from the top.
You could look into some protein bars, theyre just convenient but real food is obviously better. Also, you could try having a banana or something with your shake because you said the shake is not filling enough.
Yeah had a really hard time during cutting (Tuna was my choice)
I think ill try the pancakes, Im trying to give my self a break from Chicken and tuna (atleast for a little while) Thanks for all the input guys.
