is it normal to possibly lose weight first while taking the supplements and then put on weight. eating habits almost constantly. really intense workout ii just need answers if and what i am doing wrong in the beginning i weighed 180 then about a 2weeks i weighed 170 now i weigh 175 and steadily gaining but what could i do to make sure its mass

Not sure what supplements you're talking about, but I'm guessing it's a combination of increased energy expenditure (working out harder, more consistently) combined with your diet (likely a reduction in calories). If you feel you're eating "constantly", then your increased intensity could definitely contribute to the loss. Increase calories, gradually, and keep them as clean as possible. Quality weight gain takes time. Rush it, and the quality is diminished.

first of all, let me tell ya that dropping 10 pounds in 2 weeks is not normal at all... probably not even on a cut... from what I've seen you're bulking, how's your diet currently? if you could post a sample of what you usually eat , maybe we can help you out
