i think i spelled that right if not forgive me, question is, am sure im not the only who gets hassled by "normal" people as to the amount of eggs, red meat etc... that we consume on an everyday basis. its helping building mass, but whats it doing to your insides, i guess im only 25 and have never had my cholesterol checked, whats the long term as far as healthy heart, as far eggs i usually dont eat more than seven a day and usually five of those are just whites.

you got a point bro, but here's a good part of it... some of the stuff we eat like good fats and veggies actually raise the good cholesterol (you know there's a good one and a bad one), and lower the level of the bad one... it's still good to check it anyway... as for me, I had it checked among others last month and it's ok
Like with everything else, moderation is the key. I think your heart health depends more on cardiovascular exercise than your diet. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be worried about what you put in your body. Try to stay away from too much trans and saturated fat wherever possible. Keep your intake of fibre and antioxidants high as well.
Also you should be getting annual blood work done and consulting with your doctor about it... he/she obviously knows better than anybody on this forum.

I buy an egg alternative from Costco instead of eating real eggs.. They call them egg starts and they're made from a brand called kirkland..
they have all the protein of eggs whites (6g), but with no cholesterol and no fat..

haha that's what I was talking about, I wish I could only buy egg whites, cuz I hate throwing more than half of my yolks in the trash can...
"normal" people dont work out as much as us, or eat everything that we do. We eat a lot of things with cholesterol, but many of us try to eat the right kinds. So, there isnt anywhere near as negative effect as other people think. They see cholesterol on the nutrition facts and think its bad. If you're worried, eat all your veggies and soluble fibers.
Remember, if you limit cholesterol intake, your test levels may suffer.

If you get your bloodwork done every year and everything comes out fine.Who gives a shit what other people think.
