what u think about this boys?

should we fix our stuff based on this two things?

according to it in my case
i got a bmr of 2108.28 which from what i understand
i burn 2108.28 calories a day even if i am laying on my bed the whole day

rite now i am cuttin and eatin 2002calories a day

plus i calculate that each workout i burn about 1700 calories

so this means at the end of the day i burn about 3808.28 calories from those 2002 i ate

or the bmr is just bullshit!?

hey bro, those are just guidelines... your body will adapt wether you eat 500 calories a day or 5000, so it can vary by a great range, depending on how much you eat, what you eat (while protein boosts you metabolism by 30%, a candy bar will boost it by 3 %) , and your level of activity...I know I got a little too exact here, like a lab-coat scientist but the point is, those are just guidelines

Thats why carb cycling is a very effective technique when dieting. Keeps the calories fluctuating, thus the body cannot adapt to the diet.
