Sup fellas, need your input on my diet plan as far as calories go. I'm 190, about 12% bf. I want to get in about 380g carbs, 270g protein, and roughly 30g fat. I wrote out my meal plan for what I was going to eat and when, and once I got the protein, carb and fat amounts right, I counted calories and I'm coming up short by about 500 (I counted my diet at about 3100, need 3600).
Sorry if this has already been posted, couldn't quite find what I was looking for, but if you guys know any healthy, calorie rich foods I would appreciate it so I can round off the diet plan.
