Hey, I'm new here and I was wondering if I could get a little help on cutting because I just started my cut diet 3 days ago, my body fat is 19% and I wanted to get it down to 10% or below if possible. This is my second cut so I'm not too knowledgeable at this, last year I did a cut for about 2 months, I went from 33% body fat to 21% body fat, but the problem was, I had lost a lot of muscle mass and a LOT, I mean A LOT of strength, I don't know where I went wrong.
I've been eating around 150g of carbs, around 30g of fat and around 150g of protein. High intensity cardio for 20 mins or 25 minutes every day.
Can someone please help me if I'm doing something wrong?
I'm 5'7", weigh around 180, bf is 19%
