Got my Animal Test in the mail and I am thinking of diets to go along with it, you guys think this Animalpak diet link below would be good for it without making me gain lots of excess weight in the process??

Not sure if its too much or not, or if I want to be downing burgers and chicken sandwiches every day, might be a bad idea..... Any suggestions?? Or changes you would make to it, I just want to make sure I get enough calories in during my 6 weeks of Test without going overboard......

Supps I will be using with Test include the following:

RealGains or other gainer
Nitro G + shock therapy during workout.....
Stak2 is also a thought, since Stak2 is the only supplement I have ever used that has ever given me any results period.. Hoping Test might be the second supp to work. We shall see......

Suggestions welcome..... Only prob I really have with the diet is the 3 sandwiches in there. Starting this up Nov 1st, need to wait till this dumb training session for work is over so I don't have to factor in a week of shitty food at a training seminar.... Dont want that messing up my cycle and my workouts depending whats in the hotel gym I might be stuck doing 100's of handstand pushups and pullups BLAAAA....

That looks like a great diet for Test. G-Diesel knows a thing or two about eating for mass.

Word, here is the modified diet plan from that link that corresponds to my supplements and schedule.... Unless I decide to workout in the AM but if I did that it might be hard to schedule meals and work and such.... Took out the creatin cuase that shit dont work on me.... my body is impervious to it...LOL


Meal 1 (8am)
* 4 egg whites and one whole egg scrambled in olive oil
* 1 large bowl of oatmeal
* 2 pieces of fruit
* Water
* 3.5 scoops of Real Gains mixed with skim milk
* 5g glutamine
* 1 Animal Pak
* Uni-Liver tabs


Meal 2 (10 Am)

* 3.5 scoops of Real Gains mixed with skim milk
* 1 sandwich: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 sliced banana

Meal 3 (12 pm)

* 10 oz. grilled chicken breast
* 1 large salad w/ fat free dressing
* Diet soda

Meal 4 (2 pm)

* 1 chicken sandwich
* 2 hamburgers
* Diet soda
* Animal Test

Meal 5 (pre-Workout) (3:30pm)

* Animal Stak2 (45 min before)
* Nitro G (during workout)
* Shock therapy (during workout)

Meal 6 (Post workout) (ummm maybe 5:30 45min from stak2 + hour workout)

* 3.5 scoops of Real Gains mixed with water
* Gatorade or carb drink mixed w/ 5g glutamine
* Uni-Liver tabs

Meal 7 (8pm)

* 10 oz. New York strip steak
* 1 baked potato
* 1 large salad w/ fat free dressing
* Diet soda
* 1 bowl of your favorite ice cream

Meal 8 (sleepie time) (11pm)

* 3.5 scoops of Real Gains mixed in skim milk
* 5g glutamine
* Uni-Liver tabs
