I recently had shoulder reconstruction(labrum, rotator).Cant lift for four-six months. Wandering how i should eat to mantain what I got. Before surgery I was 267lbs. at 12% body fat. I pay college football so I was eating a house everyday to keep my weight in check.I know I shouldnt eat as much as I normally did, but I want to maintain as much as i can

im no expert but i would say stick with chicken, steak, broccoli, and stuff like that but defintely not as much as you used to....keeping ure diet low in fat will help keep the fat away of course and ure getting enough protein as well....i would add some cheat meals of course though to help get through the injury, its good for the soul

and also....can you not do any execise whatsoever? because i read that Dave Draper had rotator cuff problems and he would work out his lower body an even the other side of his body because he said it felt like he stayed in a lot better shape than not doing anything....and you wont go insane!!!

When you're injured, just like when you're training hard, it's important to prioritize protein. Protein is the building block of everything and the key to wound healing and recovery. As for maintaining your body fat, just observe changes as you normally would, and adjust your calories accordingly.
