off season breakfast is definately one of my favourite meals of the day.
wholemeal pancakes, bacon, eggs and a protein shake to wash it all down... but thats only a few days a week, the rest of the week is good old oatmeal with some fresh fruit and a huge pile of scrambled eggs.

Blend REAL GAINS with nat pb and a banana or two, then pour over oats and devour.
Or
Cut cooked steak strips and throw into an omellette with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. I normally have 3 omellettes with 4oz steak strips in each.Proceed to wash down with REAL GAINS.

Ingrediants:
Makes Roughly 4 Servings or 2 if your bulking
4 Large Eggs
1 Yam
1lb Lean Ground Beef/Turkey/Sausage
1 Cup FF-Swiss Cheese
Any Salsa (Low Sugar)
Onions
Pam Spray
Directions:
1) Heat Skillet, Spray with Pam
2) Dump in the 1lb Lean Ground Meat (whichever you choose)
3) let brown on both sides, then move to one side of skillet
4) While browning cut yam in half, then cut each half into thin slices (almost looks like cucumber slices)
5) Add in chopped onions ontop of potatoes
6) Let potatoes brown and continue to cook the Meat
7) Once both the meat and potatoes have cooked mix together and remove to a large plate
8) Put the cup of FF cheese ontop of the potatoes and meat, and cover with tin foil to keep the heat in which will melt the cheese
9) Respray the skillet with Pam
10) Take the 4 large eggs, and carefully crack each one, and put the egg whites right onto the skillet, while throwing the yolks away. (almost preparing them sunny side up without the yolk, however you can keep the yolks if you want that extra fat/amino acids)
11) Flip the eggs when the first side is cooked
12) Let other side cook then take foil off of the potatoes/meat, the cheese should be melted by now
13) Slide the 4 large eggs to cover over the cheese
14) Take the salsa and cover the egg whites
15) Enjoy
My personal favorite.
