I can't help but to watch that video and think of how much better Evan looks (since they're at a similar age).. I can't wait to see what he looks like 15 years from now.. The next Mr. O

Go for the From "Jay to Z " I believe its a much better DVD, more inspiring and informative and I believe that in Ripped to Shreds he falls into that "I don't want to tear anything so I'm going to lift very little weight" kind of attitude, not the kind of DVD that gets me jacked up

His DVD is ok but too much bullshit in between. Don't get me wrong he is gigantic and an asset to this sport but his DVD's are boring. I don't want to see him at home watching TV. That's why I love the Animal DVD's so much- no bullshit- just you and the gym. That's how it truly is. It's not glitz and glamor- just you and the iron and you better come out on top.

Kevin Levrone Maryland Muscle Machine is a great movie too, very motivating to watch someone do 405 behind the neck press, and not many bodybuilders go up to 495 on bench for reps.

Cutler looked pretty good at 20. What's Trey Brewer gonna end up at at this pace? 430 lb.?
