ARE YOU A BICEP WARRIOR ?

Of all the jokers that I see in the gym, the bicep warrior is one of
my favorites. I’d pretty much guarantee you that you have a few
of these guys at your gym. Heck, you’re probably one yourself.

For those of you who are unaware of what a bicep warrior is exactly,
let me explain. They are usually motivated by ego, travel in packs
and may even wear their best clothes to the gym. But the thing that
makes a bicep warrior is the way he trains.

You see, a bicep warrior is at the gym so he can look good in front
of the ladies. Nothing wrong with that. If you saw how much attention
I get from the girls, you’d be at the gym too. But what is really wrong
with how he goes about it.

This is how the bicep warrior thinks. “Ok, girls love big biceps, a nice
chest and abs. So I’ll go to the gym every day and do the same
workout. That will have me looking awesome in no time. 50 sets of
bicep curls, followed by 20 sets of bench press, then I’ll finish up with
1000 crunches. Ooh yeh“

Let me tell you now, that is a dumbass way to think. Sure, girls
might love biceps, but thinking like that is the wrong way to go about it.
There are so many things that are wrong with that mindset and it will
really kill your results if you go about it like that.

Instead, you need to realize that building muscle is more than just
doing a few bicep curls and bench presses. For maximum results
you need to take an intelligent approach. I know the word intelligent
makes you cringe, but hold on a second, it doesn’t have to be scary.

You just need decent advice and that’s where I come in. Instead of just
hitting your biceps and chest, start working out your entire body. I know
the concept may seem foreign at first, but it’s a sure fire way to increase
the level of results you’re having.

There are a few reasons why exercising your entire body will help
you greatly, but they’re beyond the scope of this article. If you’re
interested, go check out my package, if not, just listen up anyway.
Doing exercises like squats will actually help you build bigger biceps.
Don’t believe me? Try it for a few weeks and see if you notice any
differences. What have you got to lose?

Of course there is more to this than just what’s written here, but if
you have been a bicep warrior up until this point, now’s a good
time to stop and learn the proper way to build some serious muscle.

i feel ya bro i have three of em at my gym that always come in on tuesday thats it the only day they train they take an hour at the bench and another at the ez bar doing curls so i no longer train biceps or chest on tuesday lol the only reason that im there to see this is back day in conjunction with cardio takes about an hour and half and i got there at the same time as them and left beforehand and i overheard alrite on four sets left and were outta here ..... all i have to say is BASTARDS

I call them The Club Boys. Cause there always wearing silk shirts, tight jeans lol, golden chains, jelled hair, and a big ego. I know exactly there type...I fuckin used to be one lol but thats in the past already.

The secret is not to do chest, biceps, and abs on sundays, mondays, tuesdays, and maybe wednesdays because thats when there hitting those muscle groups for 4 days straight and all the benches and 15 lb dumbbells are taken.

Come on every one knows that super heavy curls for 20 sets followed by 20 sets of cable curls chased with 10 sets of DB curls is the only way to make your gunz look massive. And if you dont train chest for 2 hours straight doing every movement there is then its not goin to grow.

wait, thats what the squat rack is for? squats? i thought it was for doing bicep curls and aggravating big ant. LOL. Yeaahh i know those warriors all do well. At least they keep the leg machines clear on leg days.

In fact, last week I needed to do my deads and there they were in the cage posing. I just grabbed the bar and started prepping my ass for deads...they kinda looked at me strange, like maybe I wasnt serious or something.

Bar loaded w 215, on the floor..started hitting deads and they were watching me like I was a nut..like who does deadlifts anymore? I can see the look on their faces..."didnt they do that in the late 80's, early 90's?"...

They topped it off by doing db curls in front of that mirror in the dam cage...then left! OMG!

I know these groups in the gym, the type that laugh between themselves when i scream out a set of heavy squats, or complain that im in their mirror line when i use a bench for arnold press, i remember one time a few months ago i came close to snapping a few necks lol.

The beach workout, chest, abs, and arms. If more people walked around in little skivies, id be damned if you didnt see everyone doing squatrs and lunges, and less 'upper' body

what i don't get is why at my gym they have nice assorted barbells up to 110 lbs going by increments of 10. Yet they always seem to wonder their way to the squat rack and throwing a 10 plate or 2 on each side. If they were doing more than 110 i would understand but their usually doing 70 or 80 lbs. Sigh.

This is a funny f*ck_n post. Those bicep warriors are everywhere. Damn they'll drive you crazy...but trust me, girls are more likely to look over when they hear 4 or 5 wheels clappin together and checking out your ass when your squatting.

I felt like a Bicep Warrior today. I'm trying a new routine, where I do chest, biceps, and abs on the same day. Haha.

Then again, I will be following this workout with Back, shoulers, legs, triceps, and everything else in the next couple days, so I don't feel so bad.

Thank god I was the only one in the gym tonight, otherwise I would have felt like a tool.

hey i have those guys at gym to, and a lot of them dont wear pants so you can see there chicken legs. i dont have the biggest calves, but you better believe im blasting them often to bring them up, there is nothing more akward looking then a huge dude up top and no wheels to support. everyone wants more size " i wanna be big" nothing helps that more than some heavy squats and heavy deads.

People at my gym should read this, because God knows nobody ever listens to me.
And yeah i hate those biceps warriors. (no offense to people that never knew what to go for). But they are always smooth talking and girls actually fall for it. THEY DON'T EVEN TAKE ANY PILLS.
Thy just want to look cool, and make people like us look bad.
