as for nutrition you can buy a college book on that and learn from there.
run searches here on the forum, you can find a lot of info on almost anything.

I've heard that the book Supertraining by Mel Siff is supposed to be a good read!

I was gonna mention Chris Aceto along with Arnold aswell. I haven't read Aceto's stuff but I intend to.

"the new power program" by Dr. Michael Colgan... especially if what you want is MAXIMUM strength and long term health.
Buy a nutritional information book so you can apply all you learn here. It helps to know how many grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates each kind of food is. You can also carry it around in your car and many contain the nutritional info for popular restaurants.
Order one from here if they are all out tjust go to the bottum of the front home page go to aom print it out..that shit will help you out..anyone here will tell you about the aom..ANIMAL OWNERS MANUAL...

If you have any friends in university or college ask them to help you out. Most institutions have their own bookstore and it's not hard to find course material. I'm sure you can even drop by a university book store and ask an employee to direct you to any books on nutrition that are actual course books.

A Wellness Way of Life by Robbins, Powers, and Burgess is a good one.
And ANY Human Anatomy and Physiology coursebook would be good.

Brooks Kubik's Dinosaur Training: lost secrets of strength and development. Just go online and search dinosaur training. This is a must read for anyone in the iron game, it will totally change your perspective on what strong is.
