So everyone, plan on sticking to your own split. We dont have to all stick together- we can get together with dudes that are training the same muscle. I should be hittin shoulders.

For those of you wondering about how we might be getting to Mongolion BBQ from the gym, well, thats what I'm for.


If I remember correctly, there is no parking at this one since it is located downtown. BUT, I have a garage pass that opens the gate for one of the parking garages that is quite a bit closer to the restaurant. Unless there is an event going on that night at the arena, I will be able to get everyone into the garage for free. Putting us about a block or so away from the restaurant.

I will also work on getting everyone guest passes for the parking lot at the gym, so whoever drives doesn't have to pay the meters.

4 Days.....

Man this has gotten so much more serious then I ever thought. Atleast the whole world of iron has changed my life so much lately, example; New Years eve since I was 19 and a frosh in college which I am now 24, I have hosted a party at my parents house or my friends house, kegs, liquor etc. Well this year I decided that I wasnt gonna go home to my buds and just chill at my house and relax a bit, head to the local bar, have 2 beers, and come home.

And thats exacttly what I did, for the first time in 5 years I can remember everything, dont feel like hell today. I wish my gym was open so I could atleast go run a bit, its too windy and cold to have any positive effect on running outside, but an eliptical would be sweet.


On a side note:
I forget if I offered but if people are coming in from out of town and dont have the cash for a hotel room, I do own my house which I offered for the Arnold and got like 2 people crashing at, that people can stay at.

Its nothing special, big screen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1400sq ft. but its better then paying a shit ton for a hotel. 20mins from where we ll be lifting/eating so not too bad. Also right off the highway. BUT I do have a nosey/large dog, so its best if you dont mind them. And 1 roomie who may/maynot be there.

SO anyone traveling from far let me know PM style or post, and we ll get in touch.

Also BAM if Vinny needs a ride from/to Cbus Airport if thats where he is flying in let me know. Im 20mins and was just there lastnight getting my parents. I can help with that for sure.

You choose your meat, veggies, oils, sauces, etc... You put them all in a bowl (or whatever) and take that up tot he "chef" ... They cook it for you... You can decide what you want in your dish... I would think it's like a Japanese Steak House sort of setting.... But with DIFFERENT cuisine, of course...

Just wanted to let you all know that the session has officially been verified now that I am back in CBUS...I know I said I talked to someone the other day, but I talked to the main man today and he was pumped about the session. I told him we may have 30 and he said "thats it" haha that made me feel good about saturday.

As far as parking goes, there is a parking lot just east(50 ft) of the gyms doors, which should be fine to park in for the time we are at the gym.

As far as afterwards...ill talk about that Saturday when everyone is there.

Its soo close I can taste it. Got into the gym twice today, cardio in the AM for 20 along with abs(finally making myself do these), figure if I can get up early 2 days a week and 1 day a weekend and do cardio I can drop the bf%.

Then hit up arms this evening after work. Intense pump and felt awesome, however ending Mstak tomorrow and taking a full week to let my body recoupe before starting more Mstak, Pump, along with some others...
