So 5 it is? Thats still healthy considering its spring and everyone has shit to do outside etc. But we got shit to do inside, like toss some iron around.

Theres no other 4 guys I'd rather toss some iron around with. It's a good core group. I'm gonna be bringing one of the guys I live with thats serious about lifting, and also hopefully my roommate. Hopefully I can get them on here and post.

Guys. I would love to make it down but wont be able to make it that weekend. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I am trying to get my brother and his friends to signup and get there cause they are big into the iron and go to OSU. Make it a good strong session no matter how many you have.

Dont we usually hit it like 4-5 then eat after? Gives us a decent ammount of time to lift and eat so no one misses anything if they have night plans. Im sure mine will be go home, shower, and sleep, but for those who still have nightlifes you can live it up.
Dont matter like I said but I think we usually go somewhere around there. Or we can go whenever, Im just down for some massive food after.

i dont think i'm gonna make this one because i started to work for my internship and have been working 50-60hrs per week on top of being a fulltime student and training whenever i get the chance.

Yeah, Id say with the group we got going we can crush our workouts in an hr for sure. Slam some serious food at BD's in an hr and still get Josh home at a decent time.
Not to mention we all know its gonna be balls to the wall, so an hr might be all we make it.
Cant wait, had a ruff weekend off this past weekend and lastnight was my first day in since friday, felt great though.
Ill keep up on this post incase we move it up. Cant wait.

Good stuff saturday. Smaller group, Fury, Escholar and his roomie(matt, I think?) and myself.
Worked legs with E and his roomie and killed it. Im still hurting like crazy today. Fury worked alone hitting back I believe?
I forgot my digicam so sorry no pics, but def. a good time and its always nice to catchup with the crew.
Hit Mongolian BBQ after but seemed like none of us were all that hungry, 1 bowl each pretty much loaded with meats/fish and a salad along with brown rice. But usually we kill that place, this time it was pretty chill.
All in all it was an awesome time, cant wait for the Akron/Canton in 2 weeks Im heading to, but also the next Cbus ABC

Welcome brother. Actually we were looking for late sept. but I need a session. Like for real, Ive been hitting it hard, dieting hard, and really trying to get myself together. Fury and I had a meeting a few weeks ago, and man it was awesome. Just a cool dude and really learn alot from someone with his knowledge.
Id like to see one this month if possible? Even if its another small one, Im down. This is the only weekend I 100% cant go. I may be white water rafting the last weekend too, but not sure, Im pretty poor, so trying to control expenses.

Ive been around. I kind of overhauled my training adn went back to the basics. I was getting too tricky in my workouts- ya know thinking too much. Not sure if you picked up on that during our back session. Ive still been logging all my workouts just always forget to post em up. Today is a day off so Ill be back to logging tomorrow. Thanks for wondering though, make me feel good knowing people follow the 'ol journey haha.
And dont worry we'll get another session soon. If you ever want to head in and train with just me or Joe, feel free to hit me up on the cell. But we'll get a big session sometime in the near future, no worries. Ill take care of Columbus, haha.

I am in an Army Guard unit in Michigan and our BCT(Brigade Combat Team)'s HQ is out of Ohio. (And EVERYONE knows Michigan and Ohio are HUGE rivals.) So we always have lil comp's going on. Ya know, force on force and all that fun shit.
Well my idea is, bring that theme and your invite to the Detroit crew, TOGETHER. For some fun Animal competition. MICHIGAN VS. OHIO ABC- Event.
I'd like it to be once I got home from Iraq, lol. But I figured get the idea out there and we can get input from both sides about it.

Im still in, actually I cancelled all other plans for this, so lets get it Fucking done right!
I have back I need to hit, as much as I dont like hitting that on a saturday I will.
I am planning to eat, BUT not for sure, because the parental units are gonna be in town well lancaster to see the family, so Im supposed to be there like 1pm, which wont happen, so we ll see.
Either way, Im in for getting my lift on.

im good for basically anything, tomorrows supposed to be my off day, but I can either bump everything back a day and hit legs, or move the off day and hit basically anything ya want upper body. I'm on a push/pull split but im more than willing to split it a little different for this, and madcat, cancellin other plans for ABC, thats awesome.

We are putting together a big one at the Body Shop "TRI-STATE" baby.... It's going to be on December 13th, so you all have to make a trip to the Ohio Valley!!!

Man I thought Id come back to see this thread all busted out and shit, o well looks like we let a good thing go a little too long.
I know Ive been training but theres been alot of shit going down in my life, good, then bad, then worse, now in the middle, but whatever. The only thing in it besides my dog and family Ive stayed true to is the gym. Even bought a bike for AM cardio, which the last 2 weeks has been less then used, but tomorrow reality check starts back in.
Anyways, as it looks I actually have that weekend open and well its been my dream to meet The House since I started following him and Id like to roll to that too.
OSU guys, you still in class then? Ive been to campus a few times, not gonna lie, for the OSU games, girls, and beer. Actually girl I was dating drug me along, Thank God this is the last one to be honest, I hate getting all shitty and not training on a saturday. Wait, I still trained, thats right.
Anyways, lets do this. Pat, Joe, you all still around man?
Lets have another Rec. center day before this though. I ll come up to campus to work with you all. Let me know when, not this weekend, thats all I ask.

ohio state plays texas in the fiesta bowl..
so it gave me an idea....
if any columbus animals or anyone from Ohio that makes the trip, down to glendale arizona on 1-5-09 maybe we could meet up with some texas animals for a little abc showdown or something.. and of course the arizona animals since it would be held in there state ...
just an idea. i thought it would be pretty cool if something like that couljd happen...
