What is the best diet for a person who weighs 250pds and whose goals are to lose 10 - 15 pds. in month and half. I don't mind cardio at all, 2 -3 miles, that is nothing, everyday, it doesn't matter. I'll do whatever it takes, i'll eat 10 cans of tuna a day I don't care. Secondly, I still want to gain a little muscle and get stronger in the process. If that is too much I aleast don't want to loose the muscle just define it more. Any suggestions would be helpful, there isn't anything that is too ridiculous.

it's possible to lose 10-15lbs in 6-7 weeks. Definitely possible. Only problem is only you know your metabolism and how many calories it will take to cut fat and not lose any muscle.

I'm not the biggest guy and I'm still in the process of learning a lot, but i've read a shit load of stuff and i'll help you however i can..

First, start eating every 2-3 hours, incorporating a good balance of protein and carbs in to each meal..

Aim for 200-250g of protein per day.. A high amount of protein will minimize the amount of muscle you lose..

The way you described it, it sounds like a high percentage of your weight is fat.. Try depleting some of your carbs, but not too much or you'll lose a lot of muscle..

Try to cut out anything that you know is junk food.. Also cut out any soda's because 1. They're useless calories and 2. they contain high fructose corn syrup, which will cause you to not feel full.. Try drinking tea's instead, or mixing Crystal Lite into your water

Start paying attention to a lot of the nutritional facts on whatever you eat.. Try to avoid trans fats and saturated fats, but get some monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.. I think its around 10-20% of your daily calorie intake should be from fats.. Peanut butter and fish will get your these fats..

I think you should aim for about 45-60 minutes of cardio for each workout.. Never ignore your weight training though..

You might also want to consider a fat burner such as Animal Cuts

I hope this helps.. Good luck bro

One word... SEARCH.

Look around here, pool your data, then make a calculated idea.

Thetasteofink69 (The Used fan?!?!) has some very good tips for you.
Also, get plenty of sleep, and try and split the cardio up instead of doing it in one set. Try once right when you wake and then once after your workout. 20-30 minutes each would be ideal. It's a lot about the diet, but a lot of it is your dedication to work the workouts and the sleep you get.

10-15 pounds of FAT 100% naturally ain't gonna happen. you can lose that much in a month, but you'll be losing muscle. give it at least 2-3 months. cardio & diet

Fat lose over a long term where the body grows accustomed to your loss and stabilises each time will be far better in the long run as in keeping your bodtfat in check and no muscle loss, slowly but surely IMO.

Make sure the water you drink is ice cold rather than room temp. Your body has to work harder to warm it up and it burns calories. Try hitting some cardio first thing in the morning to get your body going early. Its little things that will help you since your trying to drop the weight in a short amount of time. Your goal is not that unrealistic. Hell, everyone has seen the biggest loser, they lose that much weight in one week, I'm sure you can do it in six. Stay positive and stay motivated!

Try starting a journey so people here can follow your progress and add tips along the way. Their input and encouragement could make all the difference.

The best diet is the one that works for you. No one can tell you what to eat. That's what this game is and why it's so hard, it takes a lot of dedication to find exactly what works for you. Trial and error my friend.

Im gonna keep it simple...if you want to drop bodyfat, get your butt on a treadmill everyday, eat right, do not even look at alcohol, bugers, pizza that shit, sleep at least 8 hours a night. And if you really want to, incorporate a fat loss supp like Cuts. Its not rocket science. Youre gonn ahave to work to lose bf, adn once you do youll look better. Thats all there is to it.

hey im not a pro but if you write down what you eat for 3 days and your traning routine i can do my best to help. Loseing BF is not all about diet, to be honest the first thing you should do is cut out is that word DIET.......its about you lifestyle, how you eat what you eat when you eat and the other stuff on the side.
