Ok guys here's the deal. Just picked up a can of M-Stak. Ive used this before about a year ago, with some decent results. Now that Im older and wiser, and feel that i can generate much more intensity in the gym, Im gonna try it again. One question though. Is it really necesarry to take a week off after three weeks of use? Wouldnt that delay things?? I kinda just want to use two cans in a row, for a complete 6 week "cycle" of M-Stak. Has anyone done this? Gimme your input and experiences.....

I have never done consecutive cycles but i am a firm believer that if something is listed on the recommended use, it is there for a reason. I do know that cycling supplements like the M-Stak is important because you don't want your body to draw an immunity to it which may decrease its effectiveness. If you decide to do 2 straight cycles with doing an off cycle, let me know how it goes.

Well I just started it about two days ago, so I have some time to decide yet. It's hard to think that the body would develop an insensitivity to it in only 3 weeks. I will let you know how it goes though. And Ill be postin some stats soon, along with a brief log of the cycle in the Logs section. Later

Let's face it... Universal's a company. Any company's ultimate goal is profit. So if you didn't need to cycle off the stuff, they wouldn't have any problem with you taking their product year round right? I'd stick to what the label says...

No offense intended to Universal, it's just the reality.

But its your choice in the end.

If you would take it all the time, your body would get used to it too much and the results would weary during time. So i think thats why you should cycle it.

hey there, I just finished a cycle of stak-2 and I saw some pretty good results. I think I'm gonna try the m-stak next and maybe a pump along with it...I did some reading up on the website and in the manual and it gives specific reasons why they say to cycle on three weeks and off for one...You do what you want, but I'll stick to the recommendations...I'll keep postin' and let you all know of my results...
