2-3 cups of oatmeal!!!! holy shit and i always feel like shit after my one cup in the morning

Yeah, you have to gradually increase the amount of oatmeal. When I first started eating it, I used only 1 serving, which is half a cup. Eventually, I moved up to 1 full cup (54g carbs). Just now, after months, its starting to get a little easier to get down a full cup.

Ya oatmeal can be tuff to eat in large amounts.
