My boy James "Flex" Lewis won his weight class and took home the overall and pro card this evening. Congrats bro! I can not wait to train with him again and maybe we will step on the PRO stage together soon.

Hey House..congrats to your friend and once again to you too on your incredible win, Mr. New IFBB Pro! I dont know/never heard of your friend, however I wish him the best and loads of success as he moves foward within this sport.

i just googled flex lewis, the guy is a beast and he has a sick web page too (you even make an appearance in a few pictures). wishin him all the best for his pro career...

Yeah hes welsh (hometown pride kicking in about now!). Hes a good guy, i met him once or twice at last years welsh champs. Hes a real genuine guy.

Hey house, are you friends with him because he's another freak with monster calves? I saw a video of him one time training calves, he's nuts. He did like leg press calf raises, supersetted into body calfraises ona block, into calf raises from the floor until he couldn't do anymore. I started doing that, and jesus it burns like hell.

I feel so out of place, but what compitition did he win to turn pro, was it the European Championship?? The kid is a freak, he went seven for seven in his first 7 amatuer contest.....Sick wheels aswell. Congrats to Flex.
