save that pizza for a cheat meal, probably once a week... I could give you a sample diet, but then again, you should experiment to see what works best for you, cuz I don't know your body type, how well you tolerate carbs and so on... as a general rule, opt for 6-8 meals a day... have protein at each meal, starchy carbs probably on earlier meals, and only veggies later in the day, but here's where you should experiment, depends very much on your body type... if you like oranges that's fine, but limit yourself to one or two per day, possibly earlier in the day because fructose is a simple carb... start doing cardio 3-4 days per week, then gradually increase it if you don't see results... most importantly, if you found something that works, stick to it, regardless of other's opinions

p.s. if you want any more info shoot me a pm and I'll gladly help

thats a lot of weight to lose-youre really gonna have to work hard and be consistent
forget about the pizza-u can have it as a cheat meal like once a week-thats a reasonable option
eat every 2-3 hours a day to boost ya metabolism
do ya cardio
lift intensely in the gym
go easy on the fruits but load up on veggies
lean proteins-egg whites, chicken, lean beef, tuna
good carbs-oats, brown rice, yams
good fats-advocadoes, natural peanut butter, egg yolks, salmon

Hey man, you need to take it easy with the lunch if you're wanting to cut and your eating a pretty good breakfast. Keep it simple, maybe some milk and an apple or a protein shake. Make sure your drinking water all day long. I'm talking like a gallon a day. The water will help to keep you full and also good for flushing all the bad out.

"It's" not a hobby, "It's" a lifestyle.

You listed 3 meals. Your not going to gain or lose on 3 meals. Do some research bro.

It's hard to give you any real detailed answer since we don't know 2 of 3 meals. It all depends on which way you decide to cut...through calories or through carbs. But by reading that you're eating pizza...I take it that you're cuttin' on neither.

the key to losing weight is expending more calories than you take in. Eat clean and make sure to burn more calories then you are eating.
