Im Fairly New To The Game And I Hear So Many Things About Diet & Nutrition.my Only Fear Is That How Do You Know How Much To Eat Without Storing It As Fat?

just to give you an example... if you eat an extra 500 calories beyond what you normally need, probably your muscles will get almost all of them, and store as fat maybe very few of them (this is what you usually call a ''clean bulk''); now let's say you eat much more than you normally need, about 2000 extra calories... assuming you train with high intensity, your muscles will absorb about 1200-1500 of them and store the rest as fat...
this is just an example, but I think you got the point... if you are going on a ''clean bulk'', you'll gain muscle much slower

Ya bulking isnt easy and its a slow process like everything in bodybuilding...Bulking is what i happen to be doing Im try to do it cleanly, dont get disappointed if you dont put on 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Im trying to put on 5 pounds of solid muscle by the New Year. Slowly but surely.

Ive Been Eating Alot Of Chicken,fish And So On...so Far In Three Months Ive Droped 28 Pounds.but Ive Been Limiting My Carb Intake.i Dont Feel As If Im Loosing Muscle But I Wanna Make Sure Im Gaining It Too.

make sure you have enough fats in ya diet
