View Full Version : Road To Getting Jacked... Animal Test Log.
Greetings all. This is my first log and I am looking to hopefully participate in more. Thanks to Animal, I have received a free can of Animal Test that I look forward to putting towards good use and logging it to see just how effective it is and hopefully spread the word to anyone visiting this log.
First off some basic background, I have always been into bodybuilding and primarily used it as a basis for football. After graduating undergrad, I quickly realized my weight had ballooned up to 260 lbs as I was bombarded with an internship, eighty hours of work a week, and finishing up my degree. Regardless, I got back into shape this January and have since lost the weight all the way down to 200 lbs. I have started law school in Virginia and to this aspect I have continued my love of the iron. Every morning before classes I am found at the YMCA lifting weights and getting closer to my goals. Starting in September I was tired of the plateaued weight of 200 lbs so I started a slow clean bulk. Currently I am reigning in at 205 lbs and have actually put on more muscle than those numbers portray as my bf% has gone done. In this aspect, I am beginning Animal Test tomorrow morning and look forward to logging its effects.
My workout has recently changed to hopefully account for more muscle gains. On Mondays, it is Shoulders and Triceps. Tuesday, Back. Wednesday, off. Thursday, Chest and Biceps. Friday, Legs. At least two times during the week I perform ab workouts in the evening with light cardio. My diet primarily consists of at least 200 grams of protein a day with well balanced portions of carbs and so forth. Trioplex bars have almost become a daily snack.
I am currently taking the following supplements: Animal Pak, Animal Stak 2, T3, Cellmass, Shotgun, Nitrix, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Aftershock Recovery, and a mix of Musclemilk, Syntha 6, Lean Dessert, or Whey. Tomorrow, I will be replacing the T3 for Animal Test and will remain on everything else.
Here are my current stats:
Height: 5'11.5 or 6' (So close its indeterminable)
Weight: 205 lbs
BF: 14.5% (Using 7-point caliper test)
Arms: 16.4"
Chest: 45.25"
Shoulders: 53.1"
Forearms: 13.1"
Waist: 38.1"
Thighs: 23.25"
Estimated One Rep Maxs (According to Bodyspace on bb.com)
Bench: 313 lbs
Squat: 379 lbs
Deadlift: 366 lbs
I consider these three the bread and butter.
With this being said, I am set for a good night's rest and look forward to logging Animal Test. I will be notifying any changes and gains noticed as I have been on the other supplements for a long enough time to know what the normal gains are from them. In this aspect, I look forward to any feedback, suggestions, or comments anyone may have.
Here is my bodyspace if interested: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/yohead/
I forgot to mention I drink BCAAs during my workouts as well and have some later during the day as well.
Ok, today I officially started Animal Test. I'm not sure if I was just hype about using the product or if it was giving me extreme focus. Anyways, I was glad it wasn't that many pills as I was thinking it was going to be like 12 pills. Whats it matter anyway with as much as I am already taking ha. Did back today and feel great. I write this as I am drinking my Aftershock shake that I always look forward to.
Lifts:
Deadlifts: 135x10 (Warmup), 225x10, 315x8, 345x4
Bent Over Rows: 185x12, 225x8
Lat Pull Downs: (Mega Drop Set) 200x10, 170x8, 140x10, 160x4;
(Smaller Drop Set) 200x8, 160x10
T-Bar: 225x12; 250x8
Back was feeling great today and I actually impressed myself with the deadlifts. Again, this week I changed up my workout after like seven or eight good weeks of one program. Didn't notice any side effects, I did have the BGs but that stems from the Shotgun which just gets me every time. Now, I am about to head to a full day of classes and then back to the gym this afternoon for some ab work and light cardio and lots of food. I am already looking forward to the next workout.
Just got back from classes and finished up some ab work and light cardio at the gym. Jogged for about 1.5 miles and walked another cool down time. Ab work was crucial and felt great. During the day I definitely noticed an insane hunger craving. I would eat a trioplex bar and within an hour it was like I never even ate. Tomorrow I am bringing protein pancakes, whole wheat rice, and chicken breasts galore. My back feels great and I am looking forward to some lean dessert tonight with some cell mass before bed. Tomorrow is the off day of the week so I also look forward to more sleep and a solid breakfast of eggwhite omelets with probably turkey, peppers, onions, and whatever else I can fit in the bastard.
Does anyone have good suggestions for protein bars as I am almost out?

Solid back day today bro'. Heavy basics. Can't go wrong there.
You going to be picking up another can of Test to run the recommended two in a row?
I am hoping they get on sale soon at BB.com or some other site where I am not spending 100 bucks on it. If so then I will highly consider it with Animal Pump and Animal M-Stak when I am done as recommended

I picked one up today for 50-something at www.dpsnutrition.com
Thanks giant killer. Good looking out. And yes krazy, test is pretty good. I cannot wait for Thursday which is chest and biceps.
Alright just got back from the gym even though it is deemed my off day. Went and did some light cardio and deep stretching. Felt good this morning, pretty refreshed as I got a ton of sleep last night. Here is a basic breakdown of my menu today.
6:00 - 6:30 AM- Supplements (Animal Test, Pak, Nitrix, Shotgun)(Preworkout)
7:30 - 7:45 AM- 4 Egg white omelet with turkey, light cheese, onions, jalapeņos, salsa and few bites of breakfast mix (Flaxseed, Wheat Germ, Peanut Butter, Honey, Protein Powder, Oats) w/ coffee (Postworkout)
9:30-9:45 AM- Protein Pancake (Egg whites, Oats, Protein Powder, Honey, Peanut Butter, touch of Jelly--very good trust me)
11:30-11:45 AM- Supps (Nitrix, Animal Stak 2 , Cellmass)
12:15-12:30 PM- Chicken Breast w/ cup of whole wheat brown rice
2:15-2:30 PM- 2 Scoops Muscle Milk
4:15-4:30 PM- 2 Scoops Muscle Milk
6:15-6:30 PM- Chicken Breast w/ Green Beans and cup of whole wheat brown rice
8:15-8:30 PM- 2 Scoops Lean Dessert w/ Skim Milk
10:15-10:30 PM- Supps (Nitrix, Cellmass) and immediate sleep
*I will probably be throwing a bar in there somewhere with one of the meals as well.
This diet is pretty much standard but changes as whole wheat spaghetti gets thrown in, steaks, ground turkey, whatever I can pretty much find. Anyways, I am hoping all this food helps me out today as I was just so damn incredibly hungry yesterday. I'll probably post any new developments later today.
As Ric Flair pronounced "Whhoooo". I feel absolutely great. Day three of the Animal Test and whatever else I can cram into my body stack. Today was chest and biceps. And I am still pumped and ready to go. I write this as I consume a very much needed Aftershock shake.
Chest:
Flat Bench Bar: 135x12 (warmup), 185x12, 225x12, 285x5, 315x1(I finally got this), 225x12 with immediate drop set of 135x15
Incline Bench DB: 85x6...7 second pause...85x4 ('Till failure at the next to last notch); 85x6...7 second pause...85x5 ('Till failure with lowest incline could go) *This set included 3 or 4 forced reps on each one and was at different notches on the bench to try and aim at different areas of the chest
Pushups: 1 set of 50 just cause I am a goon and was tired of waiting for the next lift
Dips: 1 set of slow 20s
Seated Alternate Bicep Curls: 35x10..immediate drop set of 30x8; Repeated this 2 more times
Standing Straight Bar Curls: 95x10; 85x10...rest 7 seconds...85x8; Repeated the 85s the same way
Preacher DB Negatives: 60x8 with each arm immediately following with 30x10 on each arm (repeated this for three times)
My arms and chest felt so pumped I thought I was literally going to explode. I had major veinage and literally just felt unstoppable. I was so pumped about finally getting 315 as I tried it last time and got it like a 1/4 of the way. I am now on my way to getting ready for a long day of class but am definitely looking forward to some good eating and rebuilding today.
I have a flag football practice later today so I will post more if any more developments arise.
I also feel very honored to become a "sticky" now.
Looking good yohead. Let me know if ya have any questions during the Test cycle. Keep up the hard work.
Will do, thank you. I already can't wait till tomorrow's leg day, even though I may take it easy with a big flag football tournament all day Saturday. Oh well, I will still squat till I puke.
Just got back from the gym. Before hand, I will go ahead and fore warn that this is not a typical Friday aka Leg Day. Today was taken light due to a huge flag football tournament. Yes, I know it is only flag football but 'round here it is taken very seriously. On wards with the rest...
Squats: 135x12 (warmups); 185x10; 225x12
Yes, legs were taken light. These next lifts are not typically done on Friday but what the hell.
2 x 2.5 min sessions of heavy bag boxing
Minimal Rest Circuit (At most 7 seconds of rest was taken between each different exercise)
Roman Chair Leg Lifts: 20x3
Ball Crunches: 15x3
Decline Situps: 15x3
Power Cleans: 135x10 x3
Olympic Presses: 135x10 x3
I was drenched in sweat by the end of this workout. I will concur with the rest of the Animal Test users as this product does make you sweat a lot more than normal and I have been going through 2-3 gallons of water a day. I feel just an intense amount of energy and am almost unstoppable. This weekend I will post as much as I can in regards to any changes, developments, or just anything I notice. Please continue to keep posted.
I am writing to conclude almost a full week of Animal Test. The flag football tournament yesterday went great, I had great energy, focus, and drive. I was sweating like crazy as well but nonetheless my team finished second. Regardless, I haven't noticed any side effects to the Animal Test and can not wait to continue lifting tomorrow with shoulders and triceps. I am resting up and eating up for another solid week. Please keep posted.
Just got back from another great workout. Had tons of energy, focus, and more vasodilation than I have seen in my arms before. Tons of veins from the shoulders as well.
Workout:
Shoulder Presses: 65x10; 85x6; 85x7..7 second pause..85x3; 75x8
Side Raises: 25x10 x3
Front Raises: 25x10 x3
Tricep Rope Extension w/ Overhead Rope Extension Immediately Following: 100x10; 80x8; 100x10
Kick backs: 15x10; 20x10
1 Arm Tricep Extension: 25x10 x2
Heavy Close Grip Bench: 225x8; 245x6; 225x8 drop set of 135x10
Dips: 2 sets till failure
Triceps and shoulders are on fire. I feel great. Now I gotta rush to school.
Just got back from another great workout and write this as I chug an Aftershock shake. These damn things are so good. Onto the stats:
T-Bar: 135x20 (Warmup); 225x8; 270x6; 225x8
Bent Over Rows: 225x8; 225x10 immediate drop set 135x10
Lat Pulldowns: 200x8 immediate drop set 170x10; x2
Seated Cable Rows: 220x8 immediate drop set 170x8; x2
Bent Over Lat Raises: 25x10; 20x10
My back feels very tight and pumped. Had a lot of energy and great focus. BGs as always from NO-Shotgun sent me running home after the workout. I definitely drink a lot more water during my workouts as I average right at a gallon. I drink another gallon while at school and get back to drink about 1/3 to 1/2 of another one. Tomorrow is my off day, but I shall return to the gym tonight to do an ab routine and will be doing light cardio on my off day tomorrow. Next week's back routine will include dead lifts as I try to hit them every other week. Can't wait to see the possibility of increases. Either way I will keep everyone posted. I got what some may consider a compliment and some might construe as an insult, as someone in my class commented about the flag football game "That guy about broke my nose!" "Which guy?" "The one that looks like he is on steroids or something." I'm open to hear everyones take on this.
After over a week, I feel pretty good. Wednesdays are an off day for me so I just went to the gym to do light cardio and about 40 min worth of ab exercises. Felt pretty good and definitely helped me work out the soreness in my legs from the flag football tournament. I have chicken thawing in the fridge to mass cook for the rest of this week and most of the weekend. I am actually going to the Panthers/Colts football game sunday so I am looking forward to that.
Nothing out of the ordinary with Animal Test, just the normal good rush and focus. More to come tomorrow after the beloved chest/bicep day.
Hoping to get some comments regarding yesterday's post in response to that comment.

Awesome compliment! LOL Animal Test makes me feel really pumped and hard that may be what they were referring to.
Keep it up. I started feeling the effects of the TEST at the begining of my second week. Hungry and the workouts really tear me up (sore). I've been recovering very quickly though and with a tightness I havn't experianced before.
Good to see you making it a habit.
I see some here spending a lot of money and then missing days and/or puking up they're expensive sups.
Keep bustin' heads...
Stay strong. Leave stronger.
Thanks Giant Killer and MYKL for the comments.
Just got back from a great workout. My chest and biceps are still tight and pumped. Had great energy and really felt like I could keep going. Thanks G, for that comment as yea, I can understand the comment better now. I do feel very hard and tight with crazy vascularity today. Veins were everywhere. Onto the workouts:
Flat Bench Press: 135x12 (warmup); 225x13; 275x5..7 second pause..275x3; 225x11
Incline DB: (2nd to lowest notch) 80x10; 85x8; (1st to lowest notch) 85x8; 85x8; (lowest notch) 85x8; 80x8
Hammer Curls: 35x12; 35x12; 40x10
Straight Bar Curls: 95x7; 85x6; 85x6 immediate drop set 75x7
Alternate Curls: 35x8 x3
Preacher Negatives: 60x6 ; 30x6 (x3 for each arm)
I was feeling great and just ran out of muscle milk. So now I will be using Syntha-6. I have also included Animal Flex into the massive stack now as well. I'm pumped for squat wars tomorrow. I am awaiting this intense soreness I keep hearing about but have yet to really encounter it.

Nice work. You have some damn good numbers. By the way that steroid comment is funny as hell. People that haven't seen me in a year ask me the same shit-"Have you been taking roids"-Funny.
Yeah it definitely makes me feel good because I never can seem to notice too many differences with my body. Man the hunger from Animal Test is insane... I feel like I am constantly hungry.
Awesome compliment! LOL Animal Test makes me feel really pumped and hard that may be what they were referring to.
I just remembered another segment of the flag football game where the opposing teams wide receiver caught the ball while I was playing middle linebacker and he literally ran right into my chest, fell over and busted his lip. He later exclaimed it was like hitting a fucking granite wall.
Awesome! You ARE the defensive line...
I had a similar experiance with Basket-ball.
I have never played it much and was invited by some friends to join them. I can shoot and 25% of the time it goes in. Otherwise I block, rebound, and pass to someone who can shoot. One of the guys would bully his way into layups... Till he met the army of me. He just sat there on the ground shakeing the head he had just driven into my abs as the others laughed.
Experiances like these are what make the work a pleasure rather than a drudgery...
Keep layin' those bricks Lineman.
Whew. Squat Wars volume two just got finished. 2 Weeks ago I lost by a mere 4 squats. This week I was ready.
Squats: 135x10 (warmup); 225x20; 315x6; 225x30; 225x15
1-Leg Extensions: 70x10
I thought I had won with the 30 reps of 225 as squat wars entails doing 225 as many times as possible after your heavy set. However, "Quad Kong" knocked out 33 and "Armzilla" matched my 30. Yes, these nick names are made up names for my lifting crew and seem to fit them. Contrary to popular belief, I gave into another set of 15 very hard reps and by default won the second round as no one else could go anymore. With this short taste of victory I am quickly reminded of losing the first round. Be ready for two weeks from now where I aim for victory again.
My thighs and legs are tight as hell and are almost on fire. I wonder if this is the soreness that everyone has mentioned. Either way it feels great and the aftershock tastes soo damn good. Now time to go to hit the showers and get ready for a Judge's conference.
Wait 'till tomorrow morning or even sunday morning... That is the soreness I'm talking about.
Awesome workout sir.
Man oh man. I went to the Panthers/Colts game this weekend and enjoyed a good game even though the Panthers lost. Another great thing about this weekend is I saw some people I haven't seen in awhile who commented on how tone/muscular I was getting. Was a great feeling to obtain compliments. I also enjoyed a weekend of painful muscle soreness in my legs/thighs/ass from the hellacious squat day Friday. I believe the extreme soreness has finally kicked in as it is about all I can do to move. Haha, it feels great and reminds me of when I first started lifting. Had an excellent back workout today.
Workout:
Deadlift: 135x10(warmup); 225x10; 315x10; 405x1
Lat Pulldown: 190x8; 190x8; 190x8
Seated Cable Rows: 200x8; 200x8; 200x8
Bentover Lat Raises: 30x10; 30x10; 30x8...dropset...25x6
Weighted Back Hyperextensions (w/25 lbs): Three sets of 10
I have now achieved my short term goal of deadlifting 405 which wasn't that bad after getting it off the ground. This Aftershock tastes so good and I need to get ready for class.
Legs on friday and squats on Monday...
That IS animal.
Nice 405 lift sir.

Big props on reaching your goal of 405 brother!
We have been mixing everything up this week to continue to try and throw the body out of rhythm. The soreness is great from Animal Test. Anyways here is the chest/biceps workout from today.
Flat Bench Bar: 135x10 (warmup); 225x12; 275x3; 295x2 then had 1 forced rep; 295x2 then had 1 forced rep; 225x13
Incline DBs: 100x6; immediate drop set of 70x8
Dips: 20; 15; 10
Straight Bar Curl: 65x10; 85x6; 105x8..drop set 85x6..drop set 65 till failure
Straight Bar Preachers: 85x8; 85x8; 85x6
Hammer Curls: 25x10; 30x10; 30x10
Standing Alternate Curls: 25x10; 25x10
My arms were fried and chest is still pumped. I am working towards increasing my bench press so hopefully these solid three rep sets will help. All in all a great workout, and I look forward to the off day tomorrow. Tonight I will more than likely be doing light cardio and ab work in the gym.
I saw another log where someone thought they had lost bf with the intense training and animal test. I second this as I feel and look more lean than I have in a hot minute. I also have been sweating nonstop and despite the insane hunger sensations, I don't think I have been putting on any fat at all. Regardless, I look to be gaining on all my lifts and am debating on buying a tub of Animal Test.

Thank you both. Yes, it was a great feeling. According to the one rep max at bb.com it tells me I should be able to do 420. Either way I am trying to get my squats and bench up as well. Gotta join that 1200 lb club.

Great day!
Are you eating enough? If you are hungry you gotta feed that ANIMAL. Its winter don't worry about the weight. Feed the need!
Great day!
Are you eating enough? If you are hungry you gotta feed that ANIMAL. Its winter don't worry about the weight. Feed the need!
Yea I have been eating close to 8 or 9 meals a day
I definitely agree with Giant Killer and can attest to the body composition changes as it seems I am getting stronger and leaner all at once. Needless to say, everyone I lift with has already purchased their cans of Animal Test. I am completely sore all over. My legs are still killing me from last week's squats and my back and chest are on fire. It is a great feeling.
Today was my off day, so I did 25 minutes worth of cardio and did about 25 minutes worth of ab work.
I can only hope my abs get as sore as the rest of me has been. Now its time to eat and grow.
After a quiet Halloween (I just spent the night watching movies due to the battling of a wicked sinus infection), I awoke with great intensity. Made it in to the gym at the normal time, yet my lifting buddies never made it. I'm guessing they got drunk last night so I just decided to start off with legs since I figured this week has been all out of whack anyway with a lifting scheme. I had a great focus the entire time and felt like I was ready to lift anything and everything. According to the bb.com, one rep max, I have also met my squat goal for the semester which is astonishing to me as last week I could only get 315 like seven or eight times, today I did a whooping 11 and then did another set of 8. So much focus and energy today. Felt good, felt damn good.
Workout:
Squat: 135x10(warmup); 225x12; 315x11; 315x8; 225x12
1-Leg Extensions: 70x10; 70x10; 70x10 (On each leg)
Leg Curls: 80x10; 100x10; 100x10
My thighs are on fire as we speak. I have been noticing some body composition changes as well. My belt fits looser as does my pants around the waist. My shirts have started to feel a better as they are better looking, in my opinion, around my shoulders, chest, and arms. I was sweating intensely during the workout and consumed almost a gallon of water; however this could also be from my minimal rest sets as I never rested longer than a minute between lifts. I also feel like I have lost some fat around my midsection as well just from what I see in the mirror. By the way I am sore all over and could just crawl up in the fetal position in bed and sleep for 12 years. It's a great feeling.
I am seriously debating on obtaining another can of Animal Test. Only reason I wouldn't would be in part to the fact that I would like to start a cut, but with all the holidays coming up I realize it may be better to just end with another 3 weeks of a solid clean bulk. I haven't put on much weight, as I have remained around 204-207 lbs; but I have increased in all my lifts and feel like I have gained muscle in exchange for bf. I am open to hear people's opinion on this.
My supplements are also running low, so I may be ordering more muscle milk, trying some Animal Pump, more Cellmass, and whatever else I can think of.
Regardless, I am going to get ready for school and prepare to start studying for finals and writing an open memorandum. The BGs (Bubble Guts) from NO-Shotgun is also kicking in. Peace.
Short and sweet.
May the burn be with you...

Hehe, man! Sounds like Test is the real deal... can't wait for it to get released over here early next year (I hope)!
Keep up the good work!
Cheers,

Just got back from the gym and feel great. My triceps and shoulders remained on fire the entire time and are still burning now. Another exciting aspect about today is it is weigh-in and measurement day so I will be able to tell any difference in my size and so forth later this afternoon. I also placed an order through DPS nutrition and hopefully will get it soon.

Minimal rests inbetween each exercise and just had great focus. I have food stockpiled for classes and cannot wait to cook up a ton of chicken tonight. I feel like my muscles are more full and hard today for some reason.
I will post later with the new measurements.
Hehe, man! Sounds like Test is the real deal... can't wait for it to get released over here early next year (I hope)!
Keep up the good work!
Cheers,
LB
It is a great product. However, nutrition and hard work is 90% of the battle. If you put in the hard work and eat right you will see gains. Just go hard or go home.
Just got back from measurements... things didn't go as good as I hoped.
Weight: 205 / 207 (This has been floating around a lot)
The first measurement will be from the date taken around October 12, 2007. Keep in mind, some of these measurements can and were probably off due to human error, as I have worked my ass off and yet am still disappointed with these results.
Arms: 16.4 / 16.25 (-0.15) --I think this is largely in part to human error the first time and doing arms the day before measurements last time as well. But it hurts to see this.
Waist: 38.1 / 38 (-0.10)
Chest: 45.3 / 45.8 (+0.5)
Thighs: 23.3 / 23.8 (+0.5)
Forearms: 13.1 / 13.3 (+0.2)
Shoulders: 53.1 / 53 (-0.1)
Neck: 16.6 / 16 (-0.6)
Bodyfat %: 14.5 / 15.3
The toughest parts of these measurements was looking at my arms decreasing in size, granted there is not much difference. For this reason they could have maintained semi-pump from the day before or they could have just been due to human fault. The numbers are definitely discouraging especially the BF going up and arms down, but I strongly attest to the hard work and dedication I have been putting in with every increased lift that it must just be human error first time around or something to that nature. Either way I am going to continue to bust my ass and work on just doing what I have been doing.
Here are the difference in my lifts; once again the first number is the October 12, 2007 date and the second is the new one. I only count the three lifts worth mentioning.
Bench: 313 / 315 (Even though its estimates me at 330) (+2.0)
Squat: 379 / 437 (+58.0)
Deadlift: 377 / 405 (Even though estimates me at 420) (+28)
Some positive notions were my chest increasing and my thighs as I can definitely notice my thighs due from all the heavy squat action. That and I have gained in all my lifts.
Side effects: Lately, I have felt a lot of anger within me. I am not sure how this relates to the Animal Test or whatever else but it just feels different. Hopefully this is just a mental thing and will pass. I am no longer sore and just have a ton of energy.
I'm getting off here to go rest with a nap and so forth. I will try to post again 2morrow.
This is my last day on Animal Test and also on NO-Shotgun. Regardless, I had a hell of a back workout and feel great.
Workout:
Deadlifts: 135x10(warmup); 225x10; 315x7; 405x2; attempted 430 got it halfway;
Pullups: 5; 3; 2
Bent Over Rows: 225x8; 225x8; 225x8
T-Bar: 4 plates x 3; 3 plates drop set x 6; 3 plates x 8
Bent Over Raises: 30x8; 25x10; 30x5 drop set 25x6
Pullups: 5 (1 assisted); 4 (1 assisted); 3 (1 assisted)
Back is on fire but feels great. 430 on dead lift is very heavy for anyone wanting to know I maybe got it a centimeter off the ground. Give it a few weeks. The pull ups were a great addition to the back as I really felt those and did more than I thought I could on 'em.
Of course, the NO-Shotgun has given another case of the bubbleguts. I am glad this product is done even though it provides great pumps the bathroom aftermath is not worth it in my opinion. I am sad to see Animal Test be done, but it was a great product. I felt a lot of energy and focus from it. A lot of drive in this product. Side effects were being hornier than hell in class and at random times and I had a lot of pent up anger and aggression. Positive effects: I was sweating a lot more during workouts, drinking more water, I was hungry all the time no matter what I ate, solid focus and pumps. I would rate the product an 8 out of 10.
I plan on keeping this log and updating it with my new stacks and goals as I continue to progress. Please keep updated and provide any feedback you wish.
how much water do you typically drink a day?
