My fellow Animals,
I am turning to you because I am trying to lean out intensly. Im about 200 lbs right now, with about 6-7% body fat. And i Never during the year get above 7.5-8% period. I kno its not high at all, but im a perfectionist, and i want to lose that 1/2 inch on my sides(where love handles are) that i can pinch. i really hate that one spot. everything is rick hard, except its the one spot that i can pinch and poke and not feel rocks except when im flexing it. So please if anyone has any suggestion on how to eliminate it and totally shredd up. let me kno, my pics are through my links on my sig. My diet is all the time just like it is in my journey, A Twisted Journey. i only eat...oats, eggs, white meat(sometimes lean red), fish, natural pb, apples or bananas(one or two a day each), veggies, water and coffee and skim milk(thats it), brown pasta, brown rice, yams, ancient grains bread. almost never cheat meals, very very rarely a drink or two. and i do cardio about 4-5 times a week. any help would be appreciated.
