I know to get big you need to eat, but trying to do it cleanly is the route that I have decided to take. Mass amounts of clean food is the best way I have found to put on quality muscle. My question is whether or not chipotle burritos can be considered a clean meal. They are known for using only high quality products, and with just a tortilla, rice, black beans, chicken and salsa it doesn't seem like a nice clean meal. Here are the values. So is this clean?

Nothing is considered a cheat meal, if it fits into your daily macro's and calorie intake than it is more than fine, if not and you are spilling over, than that could be considered cheating, because of the extra calories which wont be used, it will go to waste which will increase fat.
Honestly, if you can eat twinkies and fill your macro's i'd tell you to do it however, i'd rather eat 10 egg whites because its a hell of a lot more filling.
P.S. only problem I have with this burrito is the high sodium content, which can cause some extra water retention but as i've said before, sodium does not affect fat loss.

Clean or cheat meal???
I was thinking the same thing. We could do a lot worse for a "cheat meal" methinks. Did the stats quoted include the ingredients only that you mentioned? No cheese or sour cream in those stats? If they had brown rice, then I think that that is pretty much a slam dunk ... all other things being equal. Perfect clean meal ... no ... but ....

honestly, the macros look pretty good, only problem is a bit too much sodium, but that's probably ok, since you're bulking and don't have a show soon... just be sure to drink plenty of water

I wouldn't say Chipotle burritos are healthy or clean by any means, but they will help put on mass.

Like Tony Sinclair says... always in moderation.
