what up, just gonna use this to keep track of my numbers in the gym, i usually put up some pretty good routines, so feel free to give one a shot and let me know how it goes, any solid advice is always appreciated.

1/22 Chest n Tris

Incline BB Press- 145x10, 155x8, 135x8, 135x6
Decline Smith Press- 155x10 175x9 145x12 135x12
Hammer Strength Press- 90x8 (for three sets, used rest pause when i needed to)
Machine Narrow Grip Press- 150x8, 135x7+5x110
Rope Pressdowns- 35x15, 40x8+4, 32.5x8+4, 30x9+4 (when i couldn't get a full spread contraction with the rope, id just pump out a few more with my hands together)
Dual Arm Reverse Grip Press- 30x12, 35x12, 35x8, 30x12
Tomorrow will be legs and delts, i can feel the pain already.
